The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure bath, Pardiset.

Here you have access to nearby hiking trails Or why not take a warming sauna or a 38 degree bath in your own jacuzzi? Gullviks sea bath, you can reach within 2 km. Closest grocery store is 9 km away. 16 km to the center of Örnsköldsvik with Paradisbadet and Skytti ski trail area. Slalom slopes can be found several in the municipality. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
