Vacation home (in-law apartment)

The in-law apartment as a 1-room apartment with outdoor terrace is a starting point for activities (e.g. LEGO-Land, Peppa PIG Park, Steiff Museum, Ulmer Dom, Charlottenhöhle) or hikes very suitable. The new building in 2022 is quietly located in a dead-end street on the field with a playground. Google maps images are still outdated. The new development is already completely developed. It can accommodate up to 4 people + baby. Kitchen, bathroom with shower, private entrance and parking available.

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow).
