The apartment is 23 m² with a hallway and bathroom with shower. Living and sleeping area with completely new furnishings. Dining table for two people. Apartment with Wi-Fi and Internet TV. The bed is 1.4 x 2.0 meters wide with a topper. Very quiet residential area Fresh towels and linens are of course included.

Vacation home (in-law apartment)

The granny flat as a 1-room apartment with an outdoor terrace is a starting point for activities (e.g. LEGO Land, Peppa PIG Park, Steiff Museum, Ulm Cathedral, Charlottenhöhle) or hikes. The new building 2022 is located in a cul-de-sac, quiet on the field with playground. Google Maps images are still outdated. The new development area is already fully developed. It can accommodate up to 4 people + baby. Kitchen, bathroom with shower, private entrance and parking available.

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Nice room in a quiet location

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Welcome to Heidenheim. Quietly located in a prime residential area with very good bus connections is our beautiful 2-room apartment plus private bathroom and kitchen. Wi-Fi and TV are self-evident. A perfect retreat for business travelers, tourists or students. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob and a basic set of kitchen utensils. No pets allowed. No parties. Longer stays on request.
