I offer you my pretty studio of 24 m2 enjoying a central location between the village of Giens and the beach of Almanarre. The pier for the island of Porquerolles is a 15-minute walk away. It is a small nest with a living room with kitchen, its dining area, a bedroom area (new sofa bed in 160*200 + 1 driver) and a bathroom refurbished in winter 2024. An exposed balcony IS to enjoy the sun for breakfast and a parking space complete the property.

The apartment is a pretty 32m² T2,composed of a 15m2 closed balcony,it is located on the 3rd and top floor of a small secure residence,without elevator access. It is close to the beaches (15 minute walk), coves (via the coastal path), shops (5 minute walk) and pier for Porquerolles (about 2 km). Renée Sabran Hospital is a 2-minute walk from the residence. The apartment also has a private space in the residence, enclosed by an electric gate.
