This charming, air-conditioned, single-story house with a refined decor is composed of a living room with fully equipped open kitchen, three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one bedroom with 4 single beds), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet. The house is located 5 minutes from the Étang de Thau (Meze, Bouzigues oyster parks, Balaruc Thermal Baths) 15 minutes by car from Sète and 20 minutes from Montpellier. It is located 10 minutes from the beaches of Meze, Frontignan, Balaruc and Sète.

Ce chalet moderne et confortable est idéal pour être au calme tout en restant proche de la ville. Au RDC, un séjour avec cuisine équipée, une chambre cosy avec un lit double+une salle d'eau + toilette. Mezzanine: possibilité de 2 couchages supp. Petit extérieur avec table et chaises. Le chalet se trouve sur notre terrain, à côté de notre maison (en fin d'aménagement extérieur). A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

The villa of 97m ² exposed full south, thanks to its two bay windows you will enjoy the sun all year! It is our main residence where you can find some personal belongings at your disposal. Our house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children, i.e. 8 people in total.
