Holiday rentals with breakfast in Gijón

Beautiful accommodation in a very quiet environment, much better than the photos reflected. It had all the necessities in addition to being spacious and very spacious for 9 guests. Highlight cleanliness throughout the entire house. Eva took care of us from the first moment with the utmost kindness and explaining everything we needed. Definitely highly recommended for the accommodation and by Las Caldas. We went for dinner at El Recreo de las Caldas, restaurant very close, another place to go. Maximum house and host score.

Noemi's place is a cut above the rest. The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high standard. The main entrance alone is quite grand and ornate and the apartment is an extension of that same artistic finish. It has all the amenities one would need and is in the heart of Oviedo. We feel very lucky to have stayed at Noemi's place. We highly recommend. Thank you Noemi. Charlie and Cornelia.

A wonderful place in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Good times in the company of the hosts and their pets. In the morning, Rosa greeted us with a delicious breakfast. We recommend this 5* place

The house is very cozy and has everything we needed. Everything is new and works very well. The neighborhood is residential, quiet, and very pretty. Verónica was very nice and helped with everything. Would go back at any time.

Loved our stay! We were just passing through Oviedo and this was so close to the train station. Grocery store, an playground, and restaurants within a block. Highly recommend! The main trendy area is about a ten min walk! Every morning around 5am there is a loud trash truck that picks up the trash so you just want a heavy sleeper to sleep on that side of the apt, it woke me up through my ear plugs lol but definitely not a deal breaker!

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

I had an excellent experience in this apartment in Oviedo. The location is unbeatable, close to the center but in a quiet area, ideal for resting. The apartment was impeccably clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated, which made it very cozy. In addition, the host was very kind, attentive and always available for any questions. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again on my next visit to Oviedo.

The apartment is very nice, totally renovated and as shown in the photos. It has an excellent location, in the center, which allows you to walk to all the areas of interest of the city. It is very quiet, no outside noise is heard and it has a beautiful view of the city and mountains. It has been recently remodeled with good taste and everything works perfectly. We recommend it!

The apartment made our stay in Oviedo very enjoyable! Very clean, comfortable and aesthetic. We felt at home right away! Maria welcomed us personally and gave us a tour of the apartment. Maria and Angela communicated often with us and were very friendly. The street is lively during the weekend, but we were not too bothered by the noise (in Spain, everyone goes to bed late!). We appreciated their many hospitality gestures and the beautiful art and live plants in the apartment. Angela is an artist and her work is available le for purchase. We will remember our pleasant stay with one of her lithographs.

There are not enough stars to give Cristina and Begoña the recognition they deserve. A 5 for everything! The place is functional and with a very beautiful view from the living room towards the port and the sea. It is in Cimadevilla, the old town of Gijón, very beautiful and pleasant to walk to the most attractive places in the city. I recommend renting the city bikes, they are electric, cheap, easy to hire with the app and you move easily around Gijón. They are exceptional hosts: friendly, available at any time, proactive to offer good recommendations or bring something missing from the house. Thank you!
