Todo ha ido genial. Javier es un gran host. En cuanto a la ubicación, es perfecta si quieres estar tranquilo a las afueras de la gran cuidad y muy cerca al mismo tiempo. Hay opciones de rutas para correr y hacer bicicleta. Y es genial acabar el día en la piscina.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, toll gelegen mit viel Liebe zum Detail. 5 Minuten zu Fuss ist ein toller Strandspielplatz und es sind Sonnenschirm und Sandspielzeug in der Wohnung vorhanden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is exactly as pictured, gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning robust, and the shower water pressure strong. The hosts left the largest basket of snacks and coffee pods I’ve seen at an Airbnb. The property is centrally located. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was only an 11 minute walk away. There were charming restaurants near by with great food. Communications with the hosts were convenient and timely. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Valencia.

У нас остались только самые приятные впечатления от квартиры. Так как мы были с маленьким ребенком, для нас было важно чтобы все находилось в пешей доступности и чтобы было тихо. Все это мы нашли там. Мы жили в тихом районе, никто нас не беспокоил, до моря можно было дойти за 5 минут, до супермаркета за 7. Это было идеально для нас. Квартира очень ухоженная, чистая и аккуратная. Было все необходимое, чтобы готовить еду. Так как мы приехали поздно ночью, хозяева заботливо оставили нам картофельный пирог, кексы, чай, кофе и чистую воду, что было очень кстати. Алехандро дал нам все необходимые инструкции накануне приезда, что помогло нам без проблем попасть в дом, подключить интернет и сориентироваться на местности. В его доме мы чувствовали себя как дома, нам было уютно и комфортно. Я от чистого сердца рекомендую этот дом. Если мы еще раз решим вернуться в Валенсию, то без сомнения выберем для проживания именно этот дом. Он лучший! Спасибо Алехандро и Люба за ваше гостипреимство!

We loved our stay at A&J’s apartment. It was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the air con amazing, as was the shower. We loved the fact that the bus stop was outside the door as we used it every day to explore and it is extremely cheap to use with a bus card that can be purchased from the local tobacco store. We also loved the fact that the supermarket was a minutes walk from the apartment and it was lovely and big and had loads of choice. I messaged A&J to ask questions and they replied very promptly with the answers. Book this apartment, you won’t be disappointed ☺️🥰

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

I had a really early flight so needed a place to stay close to the airport for one night. Francisco was a very great host. He responds really fast and is ready to help you if you have questions. The place is just as depicted. I would recommend it to others!

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este alojamiento. Desde el momento en que llegamos Pedro fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier duda. Las instalaciones estaban impecables,muy cómodas. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de la playa, sin duda volveremos. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Estuvimos 2 noches , viaje relámpago , aurora gestionó todo muy bien , muy detallista , muy limpio , gente muy agradable, volvería sin duda.

Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. Now, the apartment. Gorgeous. Bright, clean, full of character, and clearly designed by someone who loves the city and wants you to fall in love with it too. The kind of space that makes you pause mid-trip and say, “Do we have to go home?” But the real soul of this stay is Carmen. She’s not just a host, she’s a fairy godmother with Google Maps. Las fotos no le hacen justicia a la vivienda. Es super grande. Las habitaciones mucho mas grandes de lo esperado. La casa es muy luminosa. Tiene un patio techado/ Cerrado gigante y azotea. Todo está recien reformado . Amparo es un encanto. Hice el pedido de Mercadona y llego antes que yo, y ella me lo colocó en la nevera. A la casa no le falta de nada. Es más, tiene gel y champú, botellas de agua fresca en la nevera, un brik pequeño de leche, 2 cervezas y todo, todo tipo de productos de limpieza, vamos, de todo. Por ponerle un pero , el Google Maps no da correcta la ubicación. Hay que buscarla por el Street View. Esta al lado de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Hace esquina. Ahh importante, si quieres ver los canales nacionales de tv, coméntaselo a Amparo porque hay que hacerlo a través de una app. En resumen, genial!!

Mejor todavía de lo que esperábamos. Ubicación perfecta, casa muy limpia y muy bien equipada. Con una terraza espectacular, piscina comunitaria y tranquila en el mismo piso. Además pudimos llevar a nuestra mascota. Nos dieron recomendaciones de sitios sin pedirlas. La persona que nos recibió encantadora. Ha sido perfecto!

Sophia's and Luis' place is great. It has everything that you need for short or long stay Starting with huge TV with english speaking progams ,dishwasher,washing machine,fans.Sophia and Luis comunicate promptly,answer all your questions immediately,never leave you uncertain.

Victoria’s apartment is 5 star! The apartment itself is beautiful, really well equipped with amazing outside space and a refreshing shared pool - which was very quiet during our stay. The beach is just across the road and there are good options for restaurants and cafes. The town is only a short drive away too. Would highly recommend Victoria’s apartment.

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het appartement, het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Super fijn de stoeltjes en parasol voor het mooie schone strand (recht voor de deur). Leuke uitstapjes genaakt in de omgeving: Gandia en Valencia en veel gewandeld over de boulevard. Het uitzicht op het balkon is prachtig. Conor en Diana reageerden direct als er iets was. Erg vriendelijk! Als we nog een keer naar Cullera gaan, komen we graag terug!
