Very stylish and clean place, we were two people with a lot of luggage but the apartment was really spacious, at least 4 people would fit there comfortably. Location was great, right by the itaewon main street but even during the weekend we didn’t hear a lot of noise.

We had a lovely stay. The house was Hanok style, with beautiful wooden interior, comfortable bedrooms and a cosy little courtyard. It was very well equipped with lots of thoughtful little touches. The only issue we had was with connecting to the WiFi, but it was easily solved by turning the router off and on again. I hope to visit again in the future for longer stay. The neighbourhood is wonderful and so close to the Palace and downtown areas but still hidden away so as to be quiet at night.

It's inconvenient to go by car because there's no parking nearby. I think it's good for public transport travelers! It was nice to walk around Namsan Tower in the evening. As a country mouse, it was a different experience and I liked it. When would I ever have the experience of grilling pork belly in a rooftop room in Seoul with a view of Namsan Tower? The Shinhung Market was so cool at night, and the accommodation is right next to it, so I think the location will be great for those who are planning a trip here! You were kind and quick to respond to inquiries!

All the amenities in the accommodation were clean and the entertainment facilities were well-equipped, so it was nice! I want to bring a bunch of friends next time.

Such a kind and lovely host. Nice clean place just like it was described. 3x bathrooms were very convenient for our family. We have had a wonderful time. Not the most convenient location for commuting but very peaceful and full of clean air..young kids enjoyed country lifestyle. . waking up to crow of the roosters. . playing with the two dogs and watching kittens. . even caught a tree frog (we let it go) .. . Overall good value for money.

The accommodation was really clean, and I liked the curtains, and I rested so comfortably before heading out!!! The bedding and everything was so neat, so it was so nice. I want to come again next time.👍👍👍

It was a trip for 6 people, but all 6 people said that the accommodation was so nice and that they wanted to come again next time. I didn't use the swimming pool because of the weather, but I want to use the swimming pool next time.

The view is really nice and it's really clean. Like the reviews, it's at the top, so I'm a little worried about parking, but it's not that scary because it's just hard. I had a really good time with my family. I'll have to come with my acquaintances next time.

I was looking for a nearby destination in Seoul, and I came to Ganghwa Island. I was looking for a place where I could use a large space alone, and I chose ‘and spring’, but it was clean and pleasant because it was newly built. In particular, the yard was spacious, so it was nice to get some air outside, and there was also a grocery store 5 minutes away by car, so it was convenient to buy necessary items. My friends who visited with me were also satisfied, and it was a space where I could rest comfortably. The air is good, and I like the accommodation, so I intend to come back with my family next time. Highly recommended!

It was always nice to get a response around 10 minutes.The pool was by no means wide, but it was vertical, and there were few users, so it was spacious enough for children to play with.Everyone was hungry, so I quickly adjusted the barbecue time, but they handled it well.The response from the host and the employees (wife) was very good.I also enjoyed the scent of the bonfire, and the Northern Lights effect continued for a long time, and the children remained busy for a long time.I was happy to be able to use it for free.The beach was far away, but the pool was comfortable, so there was no inconvenience at all.As an aside, other guests were also well-behaved, so it was helpful.

Great stay! As other reviews stated, the apartment was stocked with lots of amenities. It was very cosy and easy to relax in. Thank you for having us.

The adults liked it because it seemed like they were healing, and the kids played so well that they didn't even find their toys. It was a little difficult to use the hot water, but everything else was so nice. I think I'll definitely consider it again when several people go next time.

It is a clean and charmingly decorated accommodation. The transportation was good, and it was located in a quiet neighborhood, so I rested well.

I’m so glad we chose to stay at KJ and Paul’s place! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the subway, surrounded by wonderful restaurants and cafes, and perfectly nestled in the heart of Bukchon Hanok Village. Staying here offers a truly unique experience, with Gyeongbokgung Palace and Insadong both nearby for easy exploring. The house itself is peaceful at night, and we slept so well thanks to the comfortable beds and cozy comforters. I really appreciated the little touches, like the filtered hot and cold water, and the overall cleanliness of the space. KJ and Paul went above and beyond with their local recommendations—we didn’t even have time to try them all! The home’s decor is another highlight. KJ clearly has an eye for design, and we loved the quirky, creative touches throughout the house. It made our stay feel extra special and memorable. All in all, this was a wonderful stay and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay in Seoul!😊

The owners are very nice and helpful, luggage can be left before check-in and after check-out, very convenient.The surrounding is a residential area so try to be as quiet as possible in the evening and there is a convenience store just below.It is about an 8-10 minute walk to Hongik Shopping District, so shopping and restaurants are convenient.The environment in the house was as shown in the photos, cleanliness was high, and two bathrooms were great.Overall very satisfied, the only downside was the need for four flights of stairs, but would stay again next time.

Everything was great. It was very clean and modern, and everything was prepared, so it was better than my own home. It was a spacious area with a well-maintained lawn garden that was good for dogs to run around, a location right in front of the station, and a spacious area with plenty of space for 3 private parking spaces. The amenities were perfectly prepared, even the toothbrushes, and the hand wash and foam cleansing were high-end products, and they were well managed. There were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. With prior permission, other families visited, and everyone was amazed, saying that they would meet here in the future. I'll definitely come back next time.

Overall, the house was clean, modern, and I liked the simple interior. It was still thin at night, so I heated it, but it was warm. However, I would like to have a more detailed description of the heating on the second floor. The kitchen was clean and nice, and most importantly, I chose the table in the living room because I liked it, but it was also nice to be able to sit at one table, eat, and talk. The amenities in the bathroom were nice, and it was nice to have plenty of towels. The water pressure was good and it was clean. The host was friendly. He explained the three parking spots, but it was a little difficult to understand, and I parked in the spot that another car explained, so even though the group parked on the street right in front of the house, it was okay because there was nothing wrong with parking in front of the house. It was a pity that it was raining and we couldn't use the barbecue in the yard, but thanks to the rain, it was nice to be able to come to the accommodation early and rest comfortably. I had a comfortable stay. ^ ^
