Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood.
