In less than 30 minutes, you can breathe in the fresh ocean air on the beaches of Soulac, Montalivet, Naujac or stroll along Lake Hourtin, in the shade of pine trees. Back at the cottage, get comfortable, enjoy the garden, sun loungers and BBQ! The watchword: relaxation!

Charming independent studio in a quiet house.

20 m2 studio independent of our main house with access to the garden and pool (5 m x 3 m) secured and heated (June to September), free parking on the street. Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

Sheets and blankets provided as well as towels. Outside, terrace with garden furniture, bench, and 2 sun loungers, electric barbecue, closed parking on the property.

Close to endless bicycle routes.
