Located alongside the cycle track and the road that lead to the oyster-farming harbour (seashore at 1,2 Mile, Atlantique Ocean 12 Mi), it was built by a local and ecological company. New furniture.

Jolie petite maison typique du Bassin se trouvant au fond du jardin de notre propriété, avec son entrée indépendante et son parking extérieur. Elle est située à 15 minutes des plages océanes, 10 minutes de la Dune du Pyla et d'Arcachon et proche du centre ville de la Teste. Elle a une surface de 32 m2 et dispose d'une terrasse. Classé 3 étoiles Elle est confortable et bien équipée pour un séjour agréable et au calme. Ce logement n’est pas adapté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Cap Ferret Cabin 2 to 3 people "The Surf Shack"

Outbuilding at the end of our garden in the middle of the block in a very quiet area. Its surface area is 36 m2 and its private terrace is completely independent and hidden from the main house. The chalet is originally intended to accommodate a couple but we can add an extra bed for a child. The chalet is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and ventilated between each tenant. WE ONLY PROVIDE HOUSEHOLD LINENS ON REQUEST (€30 local laundry rate).
