Among them, the vineyards of the Pessac-Léognan and Saint-Emilion PDO (less than an hour), in addition, the apartment is 20 minutes from Bordeaux and 50 km from Arcachon. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village.
