Ideally located in a very quiet and well-served area (TRAM 300 m away: right in the center of Bordeaux, 10 minutes away). Holidays in the heart of the city! This adorable outbuilding will surprise you with its calm and location. You can take advantage of its small town garden with swimming pool to cool off on summer evenings. A stone's throw from the barrier of Bègles you will find a variety of famous small food shops and several bus stops to reach the city center of Bordeaux via the Saint Jean train station. You can reach the Place de la Bourse in 20 minutes!

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.
