Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, range hood). Sofa bed. Sleeping area with a 160 cm wide bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. (sheets, towels, tea towels, paper towels, dishwasher tablets) Access to our garden. Our hens will provide you with eggs free of charge.

The studio is located in a neighborhood within walking distance of local shops, shopping mall, public transport and oyster ports. The ocean beaches and the Dune of Pyla are a few km drive away. The studio has a small exterior that is not overlooked. It is not large, 15 m2 downstairs and 7 m2 in the low mezzanine under the ceiling (1.30 m at the highest). Equipped with a 140 sofa bed with a real mattress, a 140 bed on the mezzanine, 2 mountain bikes.
