We loved our stay at George's place in Kardamyli. The views from the balconies, the comfortable beds and walking distance to the charming town were all pluses. George was easy to communicate with and his colleague met us at the unit to show us around when we arrived. The unit was well appointed and felt very private. Highly recommended.

An amazing castle like home over a very large olive gorge overlooking the ocean. Absolutely stunning scenery all around us. Home had all the amenities one would hope for and then some. Very large space for our family of 9. Pool and hot tub were a hit plus tons of games including foosball and ping ball. The upper deck was perfect for sunsets. And while we did not use they had this amazing wood fire BBQ and sitting area one could use. The location was great. We were basically on side of mountain in a secluded area but close enough to small villages and beaches. Lots of tavernas within 10 mins…4 tavernas within 1/4 mile (although 2 were closed due to slow season). Getting into Kalamata city center was about 25 mins and well worth it. Ann provided several suggestions on her Airbnb page. While there is taxi service i would highly recommend having your own vehicle Ann has a local host, Joanna, helping out and was super helpful and very responsive. Don’t hesitate to rent this place!

Don’t hesitate to book, such a beautiful spot. The flat is elegant and even better than photos. The terrace looks out over the new town of Mystras and the stunning hill and ruins of old Mystras and around to Sparta. Easy to get there and visit sites by car. Old Mystras is fascinating ..visit early morning for the castle and go back later in the day to avoid the coach tours .. Sparta although modern is also well worth visiting ..especially restaurant En Hapti. To sit under the scented jasmine with great food . The flat is completely self contained, spacious enough for two couples and private, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Spyros is lovely and lives in the basement quietly and has a gorgeous dog called Roody. If in the area this is a truly magical place to stay. Thank you Spyros so much for sharing it.

Amazing house, super view from the balconies we took 1000 pictures! as clean as it could be! The host george and his relatives were super communicative and helpful! The location is nice but you have to own a car to tour for the beach or anywhere else! I definitely recommend it!

Sophie proactively told us we could leave after the checkout time on our last day. This was very helpful as the ferry did not leave until 130. Sophie also sent someone to meet us at the ferry and guide us to the house, which is very close to the waterfront. The house has a pleasant patio and friendly well fed cats. The kitchen was well stocked and included an espresso maker and espresso packets. Overall, well appointed accommodations in an excellent location with a great host.

Great place to stay and awesome host! Located just up the road from good food and the castle.

Chalet perfectly located for those who want to radiate between 80 and 120 km ( about ) around, to reach 4 of the main archaeological sites and villages; From Mystras to Olympia ... Mountain and quiet atmosphere assured at an altitude of 638m; this chalet has an exceptional household equipment, to taste without moderation and with delight, in short, a father and his son very satisfied with their 10-day stay; Thank you Sarantos for entrusting us with this residence. Lovely apartment, short walk to local grill place and supermarket, short drive to the beach and fish restaurants (tables on the sand :-)). 2 doubles but she was able to make up a day bed in the larger room for our second child. Plus there was a kitten !!

Maria's house was very clean and welcoming. Everything worked very well. It is located in a beautiful area just outside the center, so you can park easily. For a couple with a car, I think it's a good fit!

Amazing home in a quiet and convenient location. This is a real home place- all of the special furnishings, art, and photos make this home more special. It is a walk to Gytheion and the beach in Mavrovouni Beach, about 30 minutes each way and obviously the way back is uphill- but a very nice walk (especially after eating a big meal). This area is so nice and peaceful. Avra provides anything you may need at the home- towels, cooking essentials, food, snacks and drinks! What a great place to stay!

This is the second time we've stayed here, and the fourth time in the area. It is an absolutely beautiful location. Perfect weather and everything within 10 minutes drive. The house itself has everything and is flawlessly presented. We'll be back again.

Words can't describe this place and Dia our hostess. Before we got there, Dia went above and beyond to help us with our plans, both on our travel there and during our stay. From the minute we stepped in we felt right at home. Everything you need is there and the surroundings are simply magnificent. From the view from the apartment to the private beach below. It was everything we could ask for. A true paradise we would like to keep to ourselves for future trips.. and of course Dia who made our vacation even more enjoyable and made sure we have everything we need. Thank you Dia!

We had an amazing stay. We had the ground floor apartment of a three storey property where Stathis family resides- even though this was the case, we had our own privacy to the grounds and the pool. The family were extremely lovely and we hardly saw them. The property was spotless and the grounds were extremely beautiful and peaceful with the fruit and herb trees surrounding the property. The kids had a great time in the pool. We loved our stay and we loved Kalamata!

We had a wonderful week with our 2 children in Efi's apartment. The location is beautiful, sunrise in bed, absolute tranquility, 10min walk to a beautiful beach and great pool in the complex. Efi is a great hostess and was very accommodating, the service provided by her housekeeper was great. An absolute tip for climbers, the climbing areas of Leonidio can be reached in less than 15 minutes. Thank you we would love to come back!

We had a fabulous few days at the end of our road trip, a great place to relax. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the tavernas and shops. The apartment contained everything you could need including the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The pool was warm, situated in a lovely well kept garden with beautiful lighting at night. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and it was great knowing that Eleni was close by in case we needed anything - but we didn’t! Highly recommended. Greece at its best ❤️🇬🇷

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

What an incredible oasis! We stayed at Fenia’s with our family for a few days before we got married at Petra & Fos Boutique Hotel & Spa a couple minutes’ walk away. It was idyllic! We loved our little hideaway. Fenia and the local host Dimitra were lovely and very helpful. The house is spotless and the location spectacular. Dimitra was always there to help and provided us with some local treats on arrival “. It is useful to know that you need to tell the hosts in advance if you need linens on the sofa bed on the mezzanine as they aren’t readily available. A strange smell at some points during the stay and some electrical issues but honestly neither detracted from the stay. The pool is beyond perfect and we would love to come back again!! In fact, if we could buy our own exactly the same, we would :-)

What a truly incredible place! It feels so peaceful, with stunning views surrounding you, while still just a stone's throw from the beach and delightful taverns. Niko and his team were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home! We had an unforgettable experience and are already dreaming of returning.
