Notre propriété se trouve à Dracy le Fort soit 5mn de Chalon sur Saône (A6= sortie 25.2, Chalon Centre). Le village est fleuri, calme et situé aux pieds des vignes de la Côte Chalonnaise avec sa boulangerie et une station de recharge pour voiture électrique. Le « Petit Écrin » a été aménagé récemment, agencé soigneusement et peut accueillir 2 personnes. Vous disposez d'un parking privé à l'intérieur de la propriété (fermée) et à proximité du logement ainsi que d'un abri pour vélo.

Old farmhouse renovated on 2 floors: great calm, all comforts! Nuits-Saint-Georges 10 min, Beaune 15 min, highway 10 min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, 50" smart TV, board and outdoor games, barbecue, among others! Gite in the heart of the vineyards attached to our house, completely independent with separate entrance, located on the Beaune mountain, 5 minutes from the city center. Very quiet area equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction stove, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven. bathroom shower, separate toilet room 1 : double bed room 2 : double bed Terrace overlooking the vineyard price including bed linen, towels and cleaning.

We offer our haven of peace in the heart of Burgundy in Saint Mard de Vaux, 25 minutes from Chalon and 30 minutes from Beaune. Quiet and relaxing accommodation in an old barn that we have fully restored. Guests can enjoy the hiking trails that pass at the foot of the accommodation. For wine lovers, you have nearby the Route des Grands Crus which crosses the most prestigious part of the Burgundy vineyard.
