The apartment is spacious and beautiful , everything exceeds expectation. Host is responsive and checked in earlier. Only concern was the gas heater , due to water pressure is not easy to adjust the shower temperature I think think can be fixed with electric heater. but overall very satisfied and recommend.

Great stay! The apartment was very clean, the furniture was new and tidy, and all the details were thoughtful. Compound is safe and quiet and provides a sense of comfort and privacy. The host was cooperative and easy to communicate. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely repeat the experience in the future

The compound is a private complex with security, pool and shops nearby. It was very quiet and safe. The flat is situated on the ground floor with a small garden in front. We stayed for a few days and it was a great starting location for exploration. The parking is free, on the street - we never had an issue finding a spot. It has one bedroom and living room with kitchen included. Kitchen had all you needed, though we usually ate out. There is hot water all the time and great water pressure, bathroom was spacious enough. AC working very well also. The place was cosy. Thank you Mohamed for all the help and attention you gave us during the stay!

The place is amazing and sparkling clean. It’s very modern and cozy. The location is prime and the complex is beautiful, private, and quiet. Everything is within a walking distance and you can easily get anything delivered to your door. Trvenea is a great host. She’s so responsive and quick to help. She goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I’d definitely stay there again.

I stayed at Nashwa and Tarek’s place for 5 months and I can only tell that it really felt like home. The rooms are very spacious and fully furnished with everything you may need, luminous and comfortable. Even the location of the house was excellent, since it is located in a very quiet area in the neighbourhood of Mokattam, but at the same time close to the main road with shops, restaurants and supermarkets. You could also reach easily Cairo’s downtown in 20 minutes. Besides this, Nashwa has always been very nice, available and responsive with me for any issue I may face and she gave me useful suggestion on what to do in the area and where to do groceries, shopping, etc. I can only suggest to rent this apartment since my experience was extremely positive and if you want to have an amazing time in Cairo!

A very special and sophisticated apartment, and the family is better and better. Quiet, services, close, private. Everything in it is special. I highly recommend it to the family, as well as to the person who loves calm and tranquility. I thank both Youssef and Karim. Their morals are very high and they are really respectable people.

Ahmed’s place was amazing, really clean, and Ahmed’s communication was on point. Had an issue with the Wi-Fi and he did everything possible to improve it. Would love to book again in the future.

The Airbnb was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay .

This is a homestay that is truly your home away from home. We received a warm welcome by the host. The house was cosy and spotless clean. We really appreciate the minimalist but functional kitchen. We stayed during Eid and we were able to cook our usual festive dishes in the well equipped kitchen. The host thought it all - the kitchen was equipped from the pots, casseroles down to kitchen towels. The host is contactable and very responsive. We stayed in Egypt for 2 weeks, at 4 different places and this is by far the best one.

We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

All the appliances worked flawlessly, including the air conditioning, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, electric cooker, dishwasher, and refrigerators. The compound itself is very secure, giving a strong sense of safety and peace of mind throughout my stay. The restaurants at Hydeout are also worth mentioning – they’re exceptional, with a unique atmosphere and delicious food. Overall, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. The Host is absolutely outstanding and communication was excellent throughout our stay; we got great local recommendations and all of our needs were met. The home itself is spacious, welcoming, and well furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. The backyard is also well-kept and a nice addition to the home for taking in fresh air and some sun. There’s even fresh mint throughout the property which made our green tea cups even more tasty. Highly recommend staying here, or any other property managed by the Hist, Abdelrazik; his team truly does their best to accommodate guests. Thank you for having us!
