If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, rec room with a pool table, dart board, bar, tv, BBQ grill & hot tub. Enjoy this wonderful place while the rates are low.

Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

What an adorable stay! I especially appreciated the decor in both bedrooms. Very well appointed (along with the exposed brick) and they thought of all the things to make it feel welcoming. Bed was very comfortable, lovely towels and linens, comfortable living room furniture to relax. It's in a perfect downtown location also. Walkable to all sorts of restaurants and coffee shops. Aaron was very communicative and helpful also! Definitely recommend!

I stayed at Jeff's place for two nights while working in town at the performing arts center. if you are driving, there is a spot in the driveway to park that is off the street. the location is residential and quiet and the drive to downtown is very convenient. enjoyed my stay and recommend to anyone

Decent little 1 bedroom apartment above a local business. You park in the same lot as the business, apartment has its own entry door. I had no issue with noise from the business below but there is some street noise as it's right on the main road. Overall, it's a reasonable compromise for two people vs. getting a hotel room at a similar price if you want use of a kitchen. There are some minor oddities - the living area table is small and only has two stools (no backs), the one huge bed is a foam type and sagging in the middle (still comfortable though), and you have to roll the tv out to use it. House rules include doing the dishes and taking out the trash. On the plus side the check-in communication was good and access is easy. The place was clean, A/C was good during a very hot stay, couch was comfy, and the location is convenient. All in all it's a nice alternative to a hotel, but the main advantage is the kitchen.

My husband and I needed a peaceful getaway for a long weekend. We both love being near the water and this place was perfect. We loved having kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. Loved the hot tub. The view was great from the bedroom upstairs (king bed) as well as the living room and kitchen/dining room. We would definitely rent this place again!

Booked a stay for a relaxed girls weekend at Camp Rodek and we had an excellent time! The cabin is beautifully done with a good mix of modern amenities and rustic charm. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the screened in porch looking out over the lake, cozying up on the comfy couches, and roasting hot dogs and marshmallows around the fire pit - we definitely appreciated the provided roasting sticks! There was a beautiful view of the stars on a cold and clear night. All in all it was the perfect place to spend a fall weekend with friends.
