Bad Peterstal-Griesbach is een prachtig wandelgebied met vele routes, waaronder de 3 gecertificeerde wandelroutes: Wiesensteig, Schwarzwaldsteig en de nieuwste: Himmelssteig. Allen zijn ongeveer 11 kilometer lang. De Schwarzwaldsteig loopt vlak langs ons huis. In het dorp en in de omgeving zijn er diverse restaurantjes te vinden, er is een zwembad en een midget-golf (gratis met de Konus-Gästekarte). Gedurende het hele jaar zijn er veel gezellige dorpsfeesten, van aardbeien- tot wijnfeesten.

For our guests there is a separate outdoor area, as well as a garden with trampoline and playground for shared use. Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Our “Talblick Vacation Rental,” renovated in 2022, is located in our old, original Black Forest farmhouse with stunning views of Oberharmersbach and Brandenkopf. Secluded yet close to the center, you can enjoy your vacation here. Hikes and bike tours can be started right outside the front door. A Penny food discounter is within walking distance (600 meters). Excursion destinations such as Europa-Park, Vogts farms, Triberg, ... are easily accessible.

Sauna, animals and nature in the "Lerchennest"

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house built in 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also plenty to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna for relaxing, feeding goats or hiking together, cuddly cats and much more.

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.
