Mon studio se situe en mitoyenneté avec ma maison . Tout est neuf et j'ai mis un point d'honneur à en faire un lieu chaleureux pour une halte agréable. ( petit coin cuisine et belle salle de bain) . Le couchage grâce à un BZ avec un matelas Simmons permet de dormir confortablement .Le studio est au Nord donc bien tempéré (avec ventilateur) Emplacement de parking sur place (portail fermé et sécurisé ). L'environnement est calme à 2 km de la sortie nord de Villefranche et à 1km du centre ville .

Ce studio cosy situé dans une résidence atypique en centre-ville, vous offrira un cadre paisible tout en étant à proximité des commodités (tous commerces, bars, restaurants, jeux enfants...).
