Très belle maison en pierres sur deux niveaux, mitoyenne d'un côté refaite à neuf. En dessous du château de Montmelas, au coeur du hameau en pierres dorées au charme fou. Venez vous ressourcer, faire des randonnées dans le beaujolais, visiter le château, gouter les vins du terroir. Très belle vue sur le beaujolais et sur la vallée de la Saône. Lieu très calme et paisible. Tranquillité assurée dans ce petit hameau ! Vous pouvez vous promener dans le parc du château ! Garer vous devant la maison!

Historically, this is the second oldest house in the village, dating back to 1635. A unique and peaceful newly renovated property nestled in the heart of the golden stone region, it's just 10 minutes from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 40 minutes from Lyon. The house was built in the 17th century by a lord of the Order of Malta to establish his own village. A private outdoor area is available for your use, complete with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a barbecue (please bring your own charcoal)

Welcome to "Chez Val ", My studio is attached to my house. Everything is new and I made it a point to make it a warm place for a pleasant stopover. It has a kitchen area and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Sleeping is comfortable thanks to a new sofa bed with a 14 cm Simmons mattress. Parking space on site (the gate is closed and secure). The environment is quiet, 2 km from the northern exit of Villefranche and 1 km from the city center.
