A is the top unit & B is the lower unit and it's a studio style floor plan. Each unit has a washer, dryer, fridge and more great amenities. Each unit has it's own separate entrance and parking. It is beautifully decorated modern/ industrial style. It's has great views of mountains and is in a great location near Bryce, Zion, Grand canyon, Bryce Canyon & Lake Powell.

Hummer Hill Vacation Rental

Lovingly built for our family. Proudly shared with yours. Hummer Hill has a long history of hosting guests. When Glendale was first established, this lot was designated as a temporary home for visitors, emigrants and travelers. And while I'm not a native to this area, I was able to purchase the lot to build my family home. The home was remodeled in 2018 when I began hosting. The house is warm, bright and inviting and stocked for your needs. Beautiful views surround us here.

You will see the love they spent in every inch of this precious country cottage. The cottage has 1 king bed 1 bathroom and easy parking. Perfect for a couple nights stay next to the majestic zion 17 miles, 50 to bryce, 90 to antelope point. Orderville is a very small town, this awesome cottage is located on the main hwy 89 drag!

The Little Rock house is 950 SQ FT house equipped with 1 Bedroom containing a King size bed, flat screen smart TV, a bathroom with tile shower, sink and toilet. It has a living space with 2 couches/2 chairs and another flat screen TV. The kitchen has an electric range stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Both bedroom /living room have heater/ac units. Charcoal/ propane BBQ Grills. 4 chairs and counter for dining

After you ascend some steps from the garage you enter the apartment and are greeted with a clean and quiet apartment. the family room has a 40" flat screen, & a pull out couch. The kitchen has a mini fridge, two burner stove, and a convection microwave. The bedroom is separate from the family/kitchen area. The bedroom has a queen log bed with a bathroom.
