Vintage artwork and elegant wooden fixtures complement the modern spaces found throughout this home. Pastel blues and grays accent the decor giving it a rustic and sophisticated vibe that reflects the charm of Arizona itself. The king and twin beds provide individual accommodation for 4 people in 2 private rooms. The twins can convert to a King which is great for couples. A pull out sleeper sofa accommodates up to 2 additional guests. Open up the sliding wall of glass to access your private patio oasis with brick and grass areas, vine covered walls, gas BBQ, fire pit, and patio seating. Kirkland Place is located less than 1 mile from Arizona State Campus near downtown Tempe, AZ. Within 1-2 mile radius you have easy access to walking/bike paths, boating, and special events at Tempe Town Lake. Shopping, dining, and entertainment at Tempe Marketplace is only a few blocks away, about 1 mile. Light rail and free Orbit shuttle route is within a few blocks. You are about 7-10 minutes driving to old town Scottsdale which is a huge draw for dining and nightlife. Consider Kirkland Place your headquarters for Cubs Spring Training which is within 2 miles. This unit is centrally located to 3 freeway exits, loop 101, 202, and the 60. Sky Harbor Airport is a quick 7-10 minute car ride away. ASU main campus, Sun Devil stadium, and downtown Mill Avenue shopping and nightlife are within a mile. Several other Spring training facilities are within about 5 miles. The Phoenix Open, public golf courses, shopping, dining, and world class hiking are not far away. Exclusive full and private access to the two bedroom two bathroom condo with private interior laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a small backyard area for private entertaining that includes a small patio set, market umbrella, fire pit, and charcoal grill. There is one assigned covered carport spot and first come first serve uncovered spots in the parking lot. The community pool is across the parking lot with 24/7 keyed access. Quiet hours for the complex starts at 10 pm. Although there is no on-site management, most of the neighbors are full time residents so please be respectful . The complex consists of all private homes with many being rentals. There is a mix of retirees, college students, and young professionals that make Casitas East home. I am available by phone, text, or email and will try to answer your questions the same day. I live only a few blocks away and can be there quickly if any problems arise. The home is in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in the valley of the sun. Arizona State University, Sun Devil Football, and the Mill Avenue shopping district are located just down the street. Perfect location for spring training with The Cubs stadium being only 2 miles away. Tempe Town Lake is within 1 mile, as well as shopping and dining at Tempe Marketplace. This is the perfect location for marathons like Ironman and Rock n Roll. Only minutes away from oldtown Scottsdale and more! Uber and Lyft are abundant. Tempe's free Orbit bus route and bus stop is a small walk from the condo and will take you to mill Avenue shopping district, football games, and Tempe Marketplace among other places. Route and maps are available online. Light rail is walkable and a few blocks from the complex at the intersection of McClintock and Apache Blvd. Bicycles and scooters are available to rent on almost every block. There is an Enterprise car rental center just down the street located on McClintock Drive if you need to rent a car. The thermostat is turned off when no one is staying at the unit. To turn on just touch the screen and it will light up. You can then turn on heat or cooling and set the temperature to your liking by pressing the up or down arrows. Please turn off when you check out, or turn up the air when not in use.
