Delightful farmhouse 10 minutes from Linköping

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Just a 10-minute drive from the city center. The house is about 65 sqm and newly built but with a genuinely rural style. Here you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with most of what you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious bedroom with double bed as well as a sofa bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest close by and two nature reserves with several hiking trails and bird lakes nearby. The accommodation consists of an old soldier's cottage, where the main building consists of a kitchen/dining room and living room on the ground floor and on the upper floor 2 bedrooms with a bed in each room and a living room with a sofa bed with 1-2 beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a guest house consisting of a bedroom with two single beds and a room with a sofa bed with 1-2 beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the guest house, there is also access to a washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet.

It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

Amazing view to lake Unden, the largest fresh water lake in Tived. Fantastic to swim in when it's warm in the summer. Amazing sunsets and a very peaceful atmosphere. Romantic. The area straight down from the cabin by the water doesn't belong to the property but welcomes respectful visitors.
