The entrance has a small 7inch step - once inside bedrooms bathroom kitchen dining and lounge areas are on one level. Access to the patio via patio doors - 3 small steps, each 5inches in height and another smaller step leads to the main garden. Situated within easy access to the M5 motorway and close to local bus routes ideal for exploring pretty Cotswold villages.

The Annex has a bedroom with en-suite shower, a large kitchen, and living room with two sofa beds. There is parking, a courtyard and a fenced orchard at the back. We are between Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury so perfect for exploring any of these towns. Mon-Fri your host grooms dogs in a room connected to the Annex. Dogs or driers might be heard during the day on weekdays.
