Gmund is the insider tip to stay at lake Tegernsee - our house is situated at the little river Mangfall only 300m away from the train station and 150m from the lake. Our holiday home was completed in 2016, has two rooms, a new bathroom and a big eat-in-kitchen. We furnished the two-story flat, in a way that our friends, family and you can feel at home: the flat is bright, spacious and cosy. Our holiday home is suitable especially for couples and families.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Our small farm is located in the beautiful Isarwinkel. The area is the starting point for numerous mountain and cycling tours, as well as small hikes. Family-friendly attractions are also nearby. In winter, you can visit the nearby ski & cross-country areas. In the area you will find many shopping & refreshment options. The train station is about 2 km away and the specialist clinic Gaißach is about 3 km from our farm.

From this centrally located place, you are in no time at the beautiful Isar promenade and in the historic old town. You can do everything on foot. A car is not absolutely necessary. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. A perfect place to stay to explore beautiful Bad Tölz with all its sights and the beautiful mountain landscape.
