Holiday rentals with a patio in Godella

Beatriz is the perfect host , always responsive and very friendly. The place is even better than in the photos. With its perfect location i think is one of the best places that you can find in Valencia. Recommend for sure !

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is exactly as pictured, gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning robust, and the shower water pressure strong. The hosts left the largest basket of snacks and coffee pods I’ve seen at an Airbnb. The property is centrally located. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was only an 11 minute walk away. There were charming restaurants near by with great food. Communications with the hosts were convenient and timely. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Valencia.

the accommodation is very well located, close to the center. The space is spacious and clean. Carlos (the owner) was very professional, he was available, gave us good advice (restaurant, places to go) during our stay in Valencia.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

Very large house, quiet and equipped with everything

Very nice accommodation. Rozana and Cristobal are wonderful hosts. However, there is no second bedroom, but only an area for one person separated by curtains from the living-dining area. But that was okay for us. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the morning swimming in the sea. Accommodation is about 30 minutes from Valencia. The stalls of the local farmers on the way are also very great. Here we can buy freshly harvested fruit and vegetables. Very tasty. Thanks again Rozana and Cristobal. We'll be back!

If I could give this place six stars, I would, and one extra just for Carmen’s smile alone. Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. Now, the apartment. Gorgeous. Bright, clean, full of character, and clearly designed by someone who loves the city and wants you to fall in love with it too. The kind of space that makes you pause mid-trip and say, “Do we have to go home?” But the real soul of this stay is Carmen. She’s not just a host, she’s a fairy godmother with Google Maps. We had a wonderful stay. The villa is very well equipped and an absolute feel-good oasis. Mike is very accommodating and a really good host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. At the reception, two delicious wines were waiting for us, which pleased us very much.

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

Sophia's and Luis' place is great. It has everything that you need for short or long stay Starting with huge TV with english speaking progams ,dishwasher,washing machine,fans.Sophia and Luis comunicate promptly,answer all your questions immediately,never leave you uncertain.

Victoria’s apartment is 5 star! The apartment itself is beautiful, really well equipped with amazing outside space and a refreshing shared pool - which was very quiet during our stay. The beach is just across the road and there are good options for restaurants and cafes. The town is only a short drive away too. Would highly recommend Victoria’s apartment.

Jana's accommodation is beautiful, well cared for and tastefully decorated. The area is quiet and with all the services nearby (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.). Its proximity to the City of Arts and Sciences is wonderful

Frank was very helpful, allowed an early check-in and met us to show us the apartment and access to the pool. Apartment was perfect space for the four of us, and pool was nice place to unwind after a day at the race track.
