Three bedrooms and separate laundry room. This unit is on the second floor and thus requires using a stair case, but this allows for wonderful views and more privacy.

This cozy and small house is located in "Malaga" private community: excellent location, nice neighborhood, 2 parks one block away. Also: ten minute walk from the bus stop, Mc Donald´s and the nearest supermarket; 10 min walk from the "Universidad de Costa Rica´s Sports Center". Private garage for 1 small-medium size car.
