Golsfjellet is an eldorado for hiking and cycling. In winter, there are cross-country ski trails right outside the door. There are opportunities for alpine skiing. There are great fishing opportunities in a number of mountain lakes as well as in Tisleia. Possibility for day trips to Jotunheimen.

Fjellbu hytte ligger høyt og fritt beliggende ca 950 moh. Stor veranda og fantastisk utsikt. Stor tomt med gjerde rundt. Vi har tv med rikspakken. Vi har også bøker både for små og store tilgjengelig, samt filmer på dvd. Ypperlige turstier og sykkelmuligheter. Fine fiskemuligheter ved Tisleiafjorden ca 4 km fra hytta. På vinterstid er det kort vei til oppkjørte skiløyper, ca 150-200 meter. Alpinanlegg ved Storefjell hotell som ligger 5 min med bil fra hytta, også badeanlegg ved hotellet.
