This spacious in-law suite is great for families/ groups with 1,800 sq ft of space. We are 5 mins from Golden, 15 mins to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and 20 mins to Denver, Boulder. Welcome to our private guest suite in Golden, Colorado! Our cozy suite is perfect for 2 adults and 1 child, offering a full private suite with kitchenette. Store your bikes, skies & golf clubs in our lockable shed. Relax in the backyard with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Free parking available in the driveway. Explore nearby mountain bike trails or easily access the freeway for skiing and hiking adventures. Kitchenette amenities include coffee, tea, microwave, and refrigerator.

Red Rocks & Denver Views

Guest suite located near Red Rocks and Golden with private entry and private parking spot. Our place is great for those heading to a concert at Red Rocks or coming to/from the mountains! Easy access to Highway 6 and Interstate 70. We don’t recommend our guest suite for those with allergies to cats- our friendly cat lives upstairs with us but wanders downstairs between guests. And as we have a steep mountainside backyard, the Airbnb is not suitable for young children.

Enjoy this 1876 Victorian home right in the downtown of Golden. Walk to all Golden has to offer. Just blocks from restaurants, breweries, a Riverwalk, and several hiking trails. 10 min from Red Rocks, ride the light rail to Denver, just an hour from ski resorts and a half hour from casinos. This rental is in a great location with a great price! To keep this affordable price it is a no frills location, it is however very clean, comfortable and convenient.
