Monthly Rentals in Golden Grove

This house is well suited for large groups with kids. The backyard is secure for kids and the outdoor TV with the grill is nice. The neighborhood is gated with security and is very quiet at night.

AMAZING stay! I have stayed in this community before at other bnb but I must say this one was very clean and modern. All rooms had 2 beds except 1 which was the master with 1 King and very spacious. Pool and the entire home was clean, area is extremely SAFE and peaceful. All amenities you can think of. Transport is definitely needed but everything is within10- 15 minutes radius including Mt Irvine Beach. My family had a great time. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I appreciate the accommodations and flexibility.

We stayed here with extended family for a weeklong family vacation. We had 7 adults and 2 children. The set up was great for each of the individual families as each room has a private full bathroom. There was also a powder room in the pool house which was helpful. The pool/outdoor space was inviting, the common spaces were large/open, and the kitchen was well-stocked with amenities. The gated community made for a quiet, peaceful atmosphere and allowed for nice early morning/evening walks. We would definitely recommend Villa Mila to anyone and can't wait to return.

Samantha and Merise went above and beyond to make my stay feel comfortable, and they welcomed me with open arms. I was travelling alone and they made sure I was always safe no matter where I went. They even invited me to have dinner with them. I’m so greatful to have met them. I enjoyed my stay with them and look forward to visiting them again soon!
