We love all people, but due to the design of the open loft our space is unsafe for kiddos….but not grown ups! Thank you for understanding. Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Enjoy the natural beauty of Santa Barbara minutes from beaches, attractions and wining/dining. This tiny Cottage offers a peaceful, cozy and private getaway with a lovely mountain view deck shaded by beautiful oaks. Note the Cottage is tiny, 160 sq. feet. It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. Access requires climbing the stone steps pictured.

This is a cozy garden studio 10 minutes walk to the private beach and 10 minutes drive to Santa Barbara. It’s a great place for a retreat. The studio has a kitchenette, bathroom, comfy queen bed, and french doors opening up to a private sunny sitting area. It has a parking area and a pathway to the entrance. There are endless paths for walking or riding bikes on the beautiful More Mesa preserve, short walk from the studio.

In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.
