Located in the Hyper Center, my best advertising are comments. Cleanliness is a priority ( protocol covid) Do not confuse, Saint Germain en Laye (small town located at 20 minutes by RER from of Paris) and Saint Germain des près. It's very quiet and safe. Nice apt 53 located at 5 minutes by foot from the subway. Very close from everthing (shops, food, restaurants, supermarket, banks, bar .).Thank you to return my appartment clean and please to take care to the household linen

Beautiful 1800s house facing the Seine, secure. An entire apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with an extra sofa bed, sleeps 6 people in total. 2 minutes from the RER A at the gates of Paris, you will be out of this world. Heated pool (from April 1 to October 31). All the comforts: Air conditioning, Fiber Optic WIFI, Netflix, 2 large screen TVs, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, private garden. Cameras are installed in the common areas for everyone's safety.

House is set next to the forest where you can enjoy long walks or bicycling in the nature.

You will have high-performance Wi-Fi, and all the comforts (heating, hot water, linens etc.), the bed will be made. English-speaking visitors are welcome and will be greeted in English.

You will find the essentials to make your home away from home, solo, or couple. The accommodation is a NON-SMOKING space, but you can smoke in the garden. Access is through the common portal of the family property. Our little dog sometimes walks in the garden.
