Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

An amazing space! Etienne was very communicative and welcomed us on time. Space is in a very ideal location located right on the promenade within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Furniture was clean. Bathroom was pristine; everything worked well. Would recommend staying here on your visit to Cannes.

Such a beautiful apartment and it’s just 5mins walk to the beach , super market , restaurants just few mins walk , moreover , 3 mins walk to train station that makes my trip a lot more easier , Jerome is such a nice gentleman and provide lots of suggestions , I definitely would come back again , thank you Jerome !

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

The Loft is very well located, close to restaurants, bakery and supermarket. No need to take the car, Royal! In addition, Bravo because it's fully equipped, it's been a long time since we had an apartment with so much equipment available! Kevin is great, nice welcome, full of explanations and recommendations... very flexible and very responsive, we feel that he wants these guests to be well taken care of and it's great! We'll remember the address and we'll be happy to come back!

Staying at Hélène’s apartment was a dream. Nestled on the third floor in the heart of the old town, the space immediately felt like a home away from home—warm, cozy, and full of character. Hélène is a wonderful host—so welcoming, generous with local tips, and always quick to respond. She greeted me with a big smile and shared a curated list of local spots to eat, explore, and enjoy. That personal touch made all the difference. The location couldn’t be better: steps away from fresh croissants, restaurants, markets, the beach, and historic streets. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. I honestly didn’t want to leave—and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly feel Antibes, not just visit it.

Perfect stay for everyone exploring Côté d Azur. Private Garage, Safe Areal. Supermarket 3-4 minutes by foot. Nice Restaurants in every direction. 3-4 minutes to the Beach. Wonderful View over the bay of Juan de Pins / Antibes from the bed, balcony and the Living Room. Philippe is very Kind. He answers fast and always there to help. This was the most beautiful place. It was outside of Nice, which was absolutely what we needed. The beach was beautiful and we spent all day there. We were able to come back to a beautiful apartment. It was clean, smelled amazing, and had great location. I will be back!

Beautiful apartment. Very well furnished and VERY clean. I slept well on the sofabed, good pillows and mattress. Lovely rooftop pool. Balcony has a beatiful view over the sea. However, it is next to one of the main roads so there is quite a bit traffic noise. This is NOT a problem for sleep when the door is closed, but if you like to sit at a quiet balcony, maybe this is not the place for you. However, the apartment is close to the beach, restaurants and cafés. I loved “Le Petit Patio”. Also, beaches here seem less busy than Jean-Les-Pins area, which is nice. Easy to take bus and train to Antibes, Cannes etc.

Very nicely furnished apartment with good beds. The kitchen was well furnished, including oil and salt and pepper. Beautiful balcony with view. And the communication is very good. Quick and clear with a friendly owner

We had a wonderful stay at Pascal's 's! The accommodation was perfectly clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The location is ideal for relaxing, quiet, while remaining close to amenities. Pascal was a welcoming, responsive and attentive host throughout the stay. We felt right at home. Thank you so much for this great experience, we'll be happy to come back!

The apartment is in its own very secure and peaceful grounds, located far enough from the nearby main road and railway line that their presence isn’t that noticeable from the apartment balcony. The view of the sea from the front balcony is stunning and the same can be said for the rear view that looks out over the beautiful tree covered hillside and the sound of different bird life is always present both front and back. The open plan layout of the main living room and kitchen area, plus access to the very large front balcony area is very effective and practical. I have to say you really need a car though as the apartment location is not within practical walking distance to a bakery or restaurants. With a car both are easily accessible locally with ample parking along the waterfront of Golfe Juan for the plethora of restaurants. An ideal location for a very peaceful but practical holiday.

Stayed here for the MIPIM conference. It was a late arrival and host was very accommodating. Apartment was clean, tidy and was ideal for a couple of night stay.

What a brilliant find this Villa is and Louis was a perfect host. The view from every vantage point in this property is simply breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of Cap D'Antibes, Juan le Pin and Saint Marguerite. The pool is beautiful, the villa spacious, modern and clean with all mod cons included. It is tastefully furnished with very good air conditioning and lighting. There is a supermarket 3km which you could spend all day in its that well stocked. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Lovely location for visiting Juan Les pins. Walking distance to beach bars and cafes but not much seemed to be open in the precinct underneath the apartment in early June. However the supermarket was open and cafes within walking distance, including McDonald’s. A good base to explore. We would stay here again.

It was the perfect landing pad in Antibes. responsive snd smooth communication, clean and very well appointed apartment. Gorgeous views and serenity to go with! Bonus that the hosts are lovely people. There is a reason this rental is highly recommended!

A pleasant stay. Apartment as described and practical. Easy directions to find the property and its parking. Bakery, pizzeria, snack, small shops nearby so possible without a car. The exchanges with Geraldine were very pleasant, she is responsive. For a short stay, it's always nice to find the basics on site (salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, hand soap) and the beds made on arrival. Thanks for the soap and shower gel. Very good stay, we would recommend it without hesitation.

Great sized accommodation, light and airy only a short walk from bars, restaurants and the train station. Juan Les Pins is only a 20min walk along the beach too! We met the owners who were fabulous and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

We just absolutely loved Christopher & Fabien's place. You can tell they spent a great effort in making that place feel at home, with a kind-of vacation-vibe to it. It's in an ideal location of Antibe, with great proximity to everything you would want to see or do. The house was fantastic, cozy, and peaceful. And the clarity on amenities provided, and instructions were clear and precise. Lastly, they were very timely in and helpful in planning correspondence as well as providing recommendations. Highly Recommended!

Pleasant stay in a comfortable accommodation, with a beautiful exterior, close to the beach and shops.

When we arrived we were expected. The welcome was friendly. The apartment (3rd floor, small elevator) for two is clean, pleasant and well-equipped. The street, on the living room side, has a lot of traffic but the window is well insulated from noise. The room, courtyard side, is small and overlooks the private parking, quiet. The parking space is very useful and suitable for a large car. The accommodation is very well located between Cannes and Nice. Plenty of shops and restaurants within minutes of walking. Annie-Laure and Manuel are attentive and very responsive. The accommodation met our expectations.

We had a lovely 9 day stay at Petra’s beach getaway. We enjoyed the local restaurants & beach clubs. Les Cabines & SoBeach were our favorite. There is a U Express for groceries just a 5 min walk from the Airbnb. We purchased bread daily at the nearby Boulangerie Banette. We found the walk by the marina / port to be interesting with the beautiful boats and yachts coming and going. One day we kept on walking for an hour + to Antibes. The photos in Petra’s listing are accurate. Her home is tastefully decorated with a chic feel. Our favorite place to relax were her padded loungers on the patio. We found Petra to be responsive to our questions and truly appreciate her flexibility with check-in. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
