This is a hidden gem in Cannes. I have stayed here twice now as it’s the perfect size and location for me when I attend a conference at the Palais. It is walkable to everything and is so safe and cozy. Silvia goes above and beyond as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Our second time here. We still love the location close to beaches for swimming, SUP and kayaking as well as easy to walk to the Croisette or jump on the Palm Bus. The balcony has a very nice & calm view to the sea and will rarely be too hot.

A very nice stay at Carine's place. The latter is ideally located to enjoy the charms of the old city of Antibes. It is also close to Antibes train station and easy to access by public transport. Carine responds quickly to messages and was very accommodating for the arrival and departure of the rental.

Marc was fantastic - flexible with check in times, constantly communicative and replies extremely quickly. Lovely place with amazing views. Thank you for having us Marc!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The rooftop terrace was the real star of the show but the house itself was also perfect. Everything looked just like the photos posted. The house is tucked off in a quieter part of Cannes but still walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. We will definitely return.

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Kevin was by far the most thoughtful host I’ve experienced throughout different continents and cultures. He took time to show us around the property, recommend local dining spots, point out the grocery store across the street and their hours, and was overall very welcoming. His property was pristine and super peaceful, with direct beach access and a lovely garden view. We will definitely be back!

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in complete privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

Sandra and Mauro are very nice and helpful people. We were immediately taken care of. You can't imagine a better check-in. We were received, everything was explained to us and we felt taken care of and safe. Sandra and Mauro's hospitality has been really great. The rooms were all clean, you had everything you needed and the view from the terrace is overwhelming!

We loved our stay in this beautiful villa with stunning sea views. The villa was sparkling clean and very comfortable. It was also ideally located, close to downtown, with easy access. We really enjoyed our experience here and hope to be able to repeat it in the future. A big thank you to Charles and Anane for their warm hosting!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Great location, lovely flat, very reasonably priced, couldn’t have been easier.

We had a fantastic stay. The view is truly phenomenal. You won't get tired of it! Also wonderful to enjoy aperitifs on the very large terrace. Everything was fine and sparkling clean. Very spacious apartment with spacious bedrooms, bathroom and spacious kitchen with all appliances. Highly recommended. A small downside is the lack of Wi-Fi, but good 4/5G reception.

I have stayed at over 7 different airbnbs and this one blew all of them out of the water due to the amenities that were included with the stay. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet as well with a beautiful pool, tennis and ping pong. The only downside for me was the size of the kitchen but that’s because I’m a high calorie human and I like to cook a lot. Besides that everything is perfect and just as described if not better

We were received by Guillaume, an impeccable welcome, warm and attentive, the apartment just beautiful, well located, secure, nothing to say, we had a nice stay with this magnificent jacuzzi We will come again ☺️
