Old stable adjacent to the main house, inhabited by the owners, Reda and Corrine. The stable transformed into a 27 m2 cottage with all the comforts, has its own private terrace. 2 km from Entraygues-sur-Truyère, in the Lot Gorges, village with all shops (restaurants, bars, pharmacy...) The property and its surroundings are a beautiful walking area (stream, forest) in absolute calm. Access to the pool (shared with the owners), unheated and closed from November to April.

The "Patou", an integral part of the "Laperade" estate is a T2 type apartment completely renovated respecting its origins and history. It also benefits from a large balcony that overlooks the Coussane stream and faces a garden that has preserved, among other things... some century-old vines.
