The accommodation, suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM), can accommodate up to 4 people and has all the comforts necessary for a relaxing stop. You will enjoy a peaceful space, an equipped kitchen and an authentic setting in the heart of the village.

The "Patou", an integral part of the "Laperade" estate is a T2 type apartment completely renovated respecting its origins and history. It also benefits from a large balcony that overlooks the Coussane stream and faces a garden that has preserved, among other things... some century-old vines. This ideally exposed accommodation is located in the historic center of one of the most beautiful villages in France, at the foot of the Chateau d 'Estaing.

In the heart of unspoiled nature and many marked mountain bike trails, marked, and yet close to various tourist sites (Conques, Aubrac, Soulages Museum in Rodez, Trou de Bozouls). 2.5 km from local shops (bread depot, restaurant and post office) 8 km from doctor, pharmacy and all shops.

Gabriel's Grange

This barn, restored in 2009, benefits from modern comforts. It is located next to our home, on the square of the small village of Pruines. This village is a little off the main roads. The climate is pleasant because Pruines is conveniently located halfway between the Dourdou valley and the Lunel plateau. The medieval village of Conques is about fifteen km away, walking through the Duzou and Dourdou valleys. The city of Rodez is 25 km away.
