3-4 minutes drive from the center of Yalikavak. We didn't have much trouble. Just so you know, it's not like walking to the center.

Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

If you decide to stay in Bodrum, you are at the exact right address. Ms. Nihan's hospitality made us have a magnificent experience by anticipating all the problems you need with her sparkling house. We were very pleased with the centrality of the location of the house, on the other hand, being isolated despite the central location. We were able to have a very nice family holiday. All kinds of needs were considered down to the finest detail, it was within walking distance to the sea, and it was extra fun to enjoy the pool, a lush garden, a house that was thoughtfully designed with the sounds of birds. I would like to thank Ms. Nihan very much, I recommend that they do not miss this nice accommodation for those who come to Turgutreis.

I recommend it to those who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful holiday in the most tranquil parts of Bodrum. Ms. Gamze took care of everything one by one. She shared a very professional document and includes everything with us. He responded very quickly when I had questions though. The view and calmness of the house was my favorite part. A spotless home with everything we needed. We highly recommend Ms. Gamze's house.

The house was beautiful and professionally decorated. It had a very nice, large, and clean swimming pool. House was sparkly clean. Kitchen had all the appliances. It was in Walkable distance to Yalıkavak marina. Although, walking was safe it was a little lonely. Fatih Bey was very pleasant , friendly and responsible. Whenever I needed help he was there for me with his suggestion from drivers to local restaurants to suggested activities. Overall, I was very impressed.

The house is beautiful. Well maintained garden and useful amenities. Tolga is a great host and whenever we needed something he was there for us. He was flexible for both check-in and check-out. Great recommendations in the area. Location wise it is in a quiet and less touristy location in the Bodrum peninsula. Akyarlar offers calm beaches for different wind directions which can be quite handy with small children. On and off-season very recommendable house.

The place was very nice. A beautiful view from the two terraces. A chic and clean house that is very well equipped. I felt at home on the first day. The view from the house is beautiful and well worth staying at a place a little away from the center of Bodrum. It is about a 30 minutes walk down to the beach, or a quick taxi ride back up. The house itself was very clean, organized and we were able to relax. Our host Zeki was very friendly and helped us throughout the stay and making sure we had everything we need. It was really helpful that he helped us call taxi to the house as well. If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet place to stay with a stunning view of the town of Bodrum, highly recommend!!

Absolutely perfect stay: the villa is beautiful, spotless, spacious and fully equipped, with stunning sea views. The reality is even better than the pictures. The sauna and hammam allowed us to relax in the evening. The elevator in the house makes it easy to get around. Even though we are relatively young, we used it. We felt like home away from home during this short stay in Bodrum. My husband and I traveled to Bodrum as a spotting, and we will return to the villa with our children and family in August. We were looking for a comfortable and warm environment, able to accommodate a large group. With 7 bedrooms and many terraces, everyone can enjoy their own space. Tatiana's hospitality was excellent.

The house was very nice, all 4 rooms were spacious and very nice, they all had their own bathroom and even the linens smelled very nice, the host Mr. Güven was also very caring, he was very helpful, if we want to stay in Türkbükü again, we will definitely rent this house again.

It is a paradise of 3 villas among the citrus trees. - The pool is really gorgeous - even bigger than the ones in the photo. 150cm deep. - You are completely surrounded by nature. It's green everywhere. It was very nice to lie in the hammock and watch the nature. - Walking distance to places such as supermarket, bakery, butcher You can take care of all your needs within 5-10 minutes by car. You can reach Kadıkalesi Public Beach with a 15-minute walk from the house. - Mr. Emre, Mr. Raşit and Ms. Nurten were very helpful. - The homes have everything you could need. (Microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) I would like to point out as the points that need to be improved: - The beds in the houses are a bit old. I would like to point out that we are not very comfortable. - A little more care can be taken about hygiene. - At least one of the houses would have been nice to have an oven. In a nutshell, we are very happy. We started making plans to come in the coming years.

We felt very comfortable in the villa of the Menges-Weber family. The location is perfect between Turutreis and Gümüslük on the slope with fantastic sunsets. The villa leaves nothing to be desired. The pool was a great refreshment in the hot temperatures. The approach to the villa is, as is typical everywhere in Turkey, over very poorly tarred roads. However, since we knew this in advance, it didn't really bother us. All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday, we will definitely come back! It is a very lovely and classy huge house - ideal for family with the beautiful garden and amazing large pool. The kitchen is well equipped with a fancy decoration. Nil (she lives in a small house next to the main house) is very friendly and helps with every issue immediately. The restaurants recommandations form Orkun were awesome. Supermarkets and a nice shopping mall within 5-10min by car. House is 10-15min by car from Bodrum harbour depending on traffic. We would always come back.

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. Great location, and a place to enjoy. Hosts Onur and Sevgul were very responsive which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended to families, and couples just trying to get away for a while.

It is an amazing place! The only thing I'm sad about it's that we had so little time to enjoy the house. it's bonkers what you paid in exchange of the service provided by Ali. He was always respectful and helpful, even got us a taxi from the airport to the place! would rent again if ever in Bodrum in the future!

We stayed 1 week at the villa Salmakis villa and it was a pleasant stay. The house is well built, well equipped with a large pool. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is not very far from Turgutreis and Bodrum, very easy to access by car. The staff are always attentive and very responsive. If I had to do it again, I would take the same villa

We spent three days at Mr. Ercan's house, a total of four people came to the house when we first arrived, Ms. Haşa greeted us and introduced us to the house, she was very friendly and helpful, and we saw the sincerity that we could reach her in everything. Our neighbors in the site were very friendly and helpful, and we are very happy to meet them. The house is very clean, very tidy, and you will find everything you need, a house has all the essentials, you only need to buy the food or drink you will make. In addition, the location of the house has its own coastal areas within a 2-minute walk to the sea and the pool of the compound is just as beautiful . Apart from that, Ms. Bati also responded quickly every time we called and helped us with all our needs. We enjoyed the days and time we very much plan to come back.

The house is very nice and the pool and garden are very pleasant. The house is located 3-4 minutes from the center of Gundogan. An active road passes in front of the house, sometimes the sounds of vehicles can be disturbing, in addition, the house is about 20-25 stairs, and I find it useful for future people to know this. In summary, the entire house and garden are very pleasant and comfortable. The proximity to the center and the sea is very nice. Same as in the photos.

Ms. Ayşegül's house was really like in the photos, with a very nice view and a shaded balcony from 10am, immaculate and everything you find, a very delicious beach. Ms. Ayşegül's parents, Ms. Şehriban and Mr. Oğuz, are also staying downstairs and are very interested, very sweet people, they gave us delicious treats. It was a very nice holiday, we are very satisfied.
