This stylish place to stay is perfect for those who love design, nature and hiking. Immersed in the green hills of Friuli, near the Alpe Adria Cycle Route and other destinations of interest (see the guide). Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

This unique accommodation has a rustic style with a large terrace and a courtyard overlooking Motovun and the valley and an indoor fireplace. Two beautiful bedrooms with a view and two bathrooms and fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, free wifi , smart tv with satellite dish, two air conditioners, outdoor grill and fire pit. We're only 20 minutes away from the sea and the beach. The nearby beautiful old towns of Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj are 5-15 minutes away and the 7 waterfall trail is 15min away.

Casa Calpurnio overlooks the lake of the same name, a former gravel quarry. Close to the center of the village, and surrounded by nature and privacy. You can enjoy the garden and the view of the pond, and if you are a sports enthusiast you can play tennis or volleyball on the lawn. If you like walking, you can do it both inside the property and around the streets of the village and in the Biotopo Paludi del Corno park that starts in the center of the village from the gardens next to the elementary schools.

I recommend the apartment clean and well-maintained. In a quiet area, a few minutes by car from the very center of Udine. We stayed for two nights, near the playground, shops. Contact with the owner was very good, he provided all the necessary information.

We stayed one night for a concert in the area. We had a great time, the host was super nice and helpful. The location is convenient for us, but regardless, it is very nice in this area. The room is clean and exactly as in the photos. The private bathroom is equipped with all the necessities. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay, but the host also prepared a breakfast with a fantastic welcome.

Laura was delightful, from the welcome at the property, to the tips on restaurants in the area, to breakfast the next morning. The room was perfect: excellent cleanliness, comfortable bed, beautiful view and plenty of room to store suitcases and coats. The ample parking is definitely worth noting. Highly recommended, we'll be happy to come back!
