Don't hesitate to book this place it's perfect... Beautiful surroundings, nice barbecue, a big swimming pool and everything to peacefully enjoy the quietness of this environment. Manuel is very responsive and helpful when needed. You won't regret if you booked this place and it's close to Porto and much closer of a beautiful national park.

Schönes kleines Häuschen mit Klimaanlage. Wunderbare, große Gartenanlage mit Zitrusbäumen und schönem gut gepflegtem Pool, den wir alleine nutzen konnten. Fahrzeit nach Porto Innenstadt ca. 30 min., guter Supermarkt (Continente) 15 min. Strand am Fluss (empfehlenswert!) 5 min. mit dem Auto, auch fußläufig möglich. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Aus manchen Ecken des Gartens Blick auf den Fluss. Checkin selbständig, Kommunikation sehr nett.

A nossa estadia foi incrível. Fomos a Grijó para um casamento e a localização não podia ser mais perfeita. A Emília foi uma anfitriã incrível, super disponível, atenta e de uma simpatia gigante! A casa, para além da excelente limpeza, é muito acolhedora e está equipada com tudo o precisamos e mais alguma coisa :) todos os cantinhos foram pensados ao detalhe com muito amor e carinho, tanto no interior como no exterior que também é muito agradável ! E impossível não sentirmos a boa energia ❤️ Agradecemos de coração a atenção e esperamos voltar!

This villa exceeded our expectations, and was well appointed to accommodate our needs. We were two families totally 4 adults and 4 kids, and the size was perfect. Outdoor amenities were great, including pool, bathhouse, picnic and barbecue area. The property was very private, and there was a Marina Bar next door that has great food (the burger is one of the best I've had). The only two downsides, which didn't impact my rating was that the wifi didn't work well (I had my own hotspot, and you might want to disconnect) and the beds are firm (seems common in Portugal, because we had a very similar experience at another place). We were looking for a place that was central to northern Portugal, and this worked out great (less then 30 mins to Porto). Being right on the Duro river was very relaxing. We were also able to experience folk dancing (rancho) next door at the marina one night, which was a great cultural experience.

Manuel et Christine sont très accueillant, généreux, disponible et de bons conseils. Maison idéal pour 8 personnes avec une salle de bain et toilettes par chambres. Extérieure très agréable et situation idéal (20 minutes de Porto.)

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

Great apartment! We came to Porto for the first time and stayed in this cute apartment for 3 days together. We really liked the apartment. Compact, clean, cozy. The furniture is new, everything is comfortable. This apartment is ideal for 1-2 people. It has everything you need. We had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the stadium. One evening, there was a football match at this stadium - a pleasant surprise. A few steps away is a huge supermarket: you can buy everything there. Sara allowed us to check in earlier than the agreed time and check out later. We are very grateful to Sarah for her understanding and kind attitude towards her guests. Definitely recommended!

Logement très bien pour notre groupe de 4 personnes. Le quartier est très calme et il y a une superbe vue sur le Douro depuis la terrasse ! Cependant pas d'accès à Vila Nova de Gaia ni Porto en transports en communs, nous avons dû prendre un Bolt pour éviter de prendre la voiture pour profiter de Porto. Pas de parking pour la voiture, nous avons dû chercher une place dans les rues voisines. Joaquim est aimable et très réactif.

This place is great! About 35 min outside of downtown Porto. Easy to find and Liana was super communicative. They left a bottle of wine, & chocolate along with robes. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, this place has everything you need! Everyone was so helpful and the place was so charming. ❤️

We loved the apartment. It was so spacious, had a beautiful view of the river, and there was a walking path on the river that led to a coffee shop/small restaurant. The closest bus stop was about a half mile away, but we found Uber and Bolt to be very reasonably priced as there were 5 of us. The pool was clean and a very nice addition. The company that cared for the property were receptive and answered questions within 20 minutes. Overall, an excellent place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Claudia and her husband were exceptional hosts, always just a phone call away and incredibly helpful. Their responsiveness and warm hospitality significantly enhanced my stay, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to experience the best of northern Portugal. Really nice apartment, absolutely no problems parking. I wanted to be able to explore northern Portugal, and the location was perfect for me: Easy to get to nearby towns, the Douro valley, ...

Ricardo has been responsive since the original booking months ago. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, apartment was quiet. He met us there to give the instructions in person and was quick to respond for any needs. This place is highly recommended!

If we could have we would put 6 stars! Porto is very beautiful and we come back to the same apartment in the future !

The apartment is a delight from the moment you walk in. It is beautifully decorated and feels like a home. Great bathroom with amazing rain shower and hot water. Bedroom and kitchen and living areas are all well presented and equipped with all you need and with lots of additional touches. Very quiet for sleeping, and great air conditioning in bedroom and living area. Great location to explore Porto, and don’t even have to walk very far at all, including a great cafe next door, to find lovely eating places. Pedro was a wonderful host in every way.

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

도루강 뷰가 너무 예뻐서 예약한 숙소인데 아주 만족스러웠어요! 다리만 건너면 시내여서 계속 걸어다녔는데 괜찮았습니다. 가격대비 집도 넓고 취사 도구도 다 있어서 좋았어요 :)

Pasamos 4 días muy agradables en el apartamento, que está muy bien situado en el centro de Matosinhos y cuenta con todo tipo de negocios cerca (también la playa!). Está muy bien para una pareja o una persona sola. Y Fernando, el anfitrión, te dará toda la información necesaria para disfrutar de tu estancia, y estará pendiente para resolver cualquier asunto que sirva para hacer aún más satisfactorio tu viaje. En resumen, una gran experiencia!

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!

Daniel is extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and very quick responses. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend any of Daniel's private tours which are much more personal. if we return to Porto we would definitely stay here again.
