This 80 m2 cottage, adjoining our home, has just been completely renovated and designed so guests can enjoy a beautiful multicolored and hilly landscape with serenity. This accommodation is equipped with all modern comforts and opens directly onto a private wooded park, allowing you to relax in a real green setting. Free parking is available near the cottage and access is independent.

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. Very close to the leisure base of Gondrin it is also an ideal destination for a family with child(ren) in summer! Our cottage consists of a main room with equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. You will also have a small shaded terrace and part of the garden. Sheets and towels not provided.
