I am the owner. I live in the same building and therefore guests immediately without delay (as usual at the reception) upon arrival, they immediately check in to the room, which has already previously turned on the heating and hot water boiler. The apartment is on the 31st floor Cozy,nice,freshly renovated. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, utensils, bedding, towels, Wi-Fi. Very beautiful and unforgettable view: sea, embankment,lake and "singing" fountains with night lighting

The flat located near the sea and old boulevard. You need only 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The rooms are comfortable for lovers or small family. There are WI_FI , TV channels and beautiful balcony with flowers , where is very comfortable to drink wine or morning coffee. Around area is city center with squares, fountain, cafe & restaurants. small boutique an old historical part of city.Our place is 68 sqm with balcony.Apartment includes 17 sq.m-separated bedroom with wardrobe .
