Cozy house for 4. 2 double beds. A double bed is placed on the loft. Sheets, blankets, and pillows are available. 4 Bath towels are available to borrow. Shower/toilet, kitchen. Most things are available, but not a washing machine. Approximately 20 minutes by bus to Gothenburg city. 300-400 meters to Kvibergs park where both Partille cup and Gothia cup play many of their matches. We wish to rent to families and couples. Lounge furniture outside the attic house is included, not the outdoor kitchen and sunbed Non-smoking, no pets. We don't allow parties, and no loud music

Welcome to our charming guest house with a lot of extras and the forest right at your doorstep. A bright bedroom with a double bed, sleeping loft for an extra bed and a generous bathroom with shower and lovely sauna for the winter season. Private terrace for both breakfast in the morning sun, and a relaxing moment in a sun lounger. Breakfast includes fresh eggs from our own chickens – which also ensures that no one oversleeps in the morning. A fantastic place for the soul, endless hiking areas and only 25 minutes to the pulse of central Gothenburg.

In the guest harbor there is a tavern, barbecue area, a small shop and on top a fort. In the house there is what you need in the form of equipment for cooking, bed linens and towels.

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

I närheten finns även Björlanda Kiles småbåtshamn med restaurang, padel och minigolfbanor. Med 10 min promenad tar ni er till busshållplatsen som tar er in till Centrala Göteborg. Huset är beläget i ett villaområde med nära grannar så det får inte förekomma fester eller tillställningar. Under juli månad ej kortare än 5 nätter.
