This newly renovated houseboat is located in Lilla Bommens harbor, next door to the Gothenburg Opera, with walking distance to Central Station, Nordstan, Avenyn and restaurants. Ferries to the entire archipelago, Buses to Liseberg, Ullevi and Scandinavium next door! The boat is 17.5 meters long, 4 meters wide, with 52 sqm indoor area and equally large roof terrace with outdoor furniture. Also, two smaller decks with seating.

The house is directly adjacent to a cozy and child-friendly swimming cove with docks and a sandy beach. Start the day with a morning swim. Have breakfast in the garden. The apartment is only 100 meters from Hästens beach with the possibility of both sandy beach and cliffs. 5-minute walk to nice Hönö Klåva/port area with cozy shops and restaurants. 300 meters to Ica store Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Free Wi-Fi (fiber) Cleaning is included in the price at SEK 600. Grateful if you empty the refrigerator, throw away garbage and remove sheets from the beds. Electric vehicle charging socket is available.

Backstugan - a small house with a unique location. If you are looking for a place for retreat with peace and quiet, the cottage and the place are perfect. Backstugan is located 50 meters from the sea at a shallow bay with rich bird life. From the patio, you can see the sea and sky meet on the horizon. You have a 2-minute walk (bathrobe distance) to Stegerholmsbadet with a kiosk, jetty, beach and cliffs. You can get to Gothenburg city center in 20-25 minutes by car. The nearest bus stop is a 15-minute walk away.

The house is being renovated with care and is in older and partly worn condition but with a lot of charm! Brännö is a car-free island that can be reached from Saltholmen with a lovely archipelago tour in 20 minutes. You have the entire house and a lovely forest garden with a large greenhouse at your disposal. Swimming area, with both sandy beach and rock swimming within walking distance.
