Vackert och strandnära hus med gångavstånd till havet och utsikt över karlsöarna på fantastiska Ekstakusten på Gotland. Huset har 4 sovrum, kök och badrum och toalett. Det stora allrummet med öppet upp i nock har plats för både middag och häng. Det finns en altan där man kan avnjuta en god bit mat samtidigt som man kan höra vågornas brus och blicka ut över havet och karlsöarna. Vill man ta sig ett dopp så kan man göra det i den sköna poolen. Det finns även ett uterum för en regnig sommardag.

Dream house right by the sea, 7 km south of Visby. Down by the beach (200 m) is Fridhem's café with homemade treats. 2 km to Kneippbyn with adventure and water park, restaurants, supermarket, concerts, Pippi Longstocking theatre, mini-golf, courts for padel, tennis, football and baskeball. Ygne and Högklint are some of the best places for sea trout fishing. Visby GK is 21 km away and Tofta Beach 16 km.. NOTE: There is an additional cleaning fee of 185€ that is paid 1 week before check-in.

Med 10 min gångavstånd kommer du rakt in till hjärtat av Visby, som erbjuder ett stort utbud av högklassiga restauranger och ett rikt kulturliv.

Ateljéhuset vid havet

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

At Villa Salthman you find luxurious accomodation for up to 23 guests, divided into six double rooms and three single rooms with the possibility to add six extra beds. Arkitektritat sommarhus (inflyttning 2017) med utsikt över havet. Kök med alla bekvämligheter och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Wifi (fiber). Utekök med grill. Tv-rum med stor TV. Ett badrum med dusch/badkar och ett med endast toalett. Attefallshus med gästrum (dubbelsäng och våningssäng för 3 barn, dock inget badrum). Welcome to our wonderful house in the best location at Gotland! We are a family letting our house, Gnisvärd/Tofta. 18 km south of Visby, 200 m to the popular Tofta Strand. 800 m Gnisvärd fishing village. 3 bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, ca 90 kvm, a guesthouse (4 single beds). Dishwasher, laundry, and wifi, fireplace. Large garden incl. forest 2500 sqm., We are also renting out a smaller house of 30 sqm. A fence separating the houses. You only share the parking.

Relax in wonderful surroundings near the beach

Built in 2012, this is a clean and comfortable accomodation with good standards, only a stone's throw from a wonderful sandy beach. We have fantastic treks for hiking in every direction just outside of the door. Fishing and swimming are popular, as is taking long walks with or without the camera and / or dog. Sjaustru is one of Gotland's hidden gems without too many people around. Nice and quiet for a relaxing break - welcome to our paradise! =0)

Välkommen till vår mysiga bod och vår plats på jorden på östra sidan av Gotland, där stress och vardagsrutiner är ett minne blott. Här bor man enkelt med havet som granne. Men här finns även det fd fiskelägret, ett fåtal fritidshus och permanent boende och våra djur som grannar. Hit åker man för att bada, promenera eller bara njuta av denna vackra naturen. På högsäsong rör det sig lite mer här men lågsäsong kan man i princip vara ensam.

The house is detached and has a large open living room at the bottom floor with a suite facing a fantastic view over the see and and small fishing hamlet. There is also a double bed in a sleeping area. At the first floor is kitchen, dining area, a small sleeping room with 2 single beds, WC and shower. Is the weather calm you will sit outdoor looking at the see, with windy weather you can sit in the calm inner yard at an own patio.
