Access to laundry room outside the apartment. Party groups are not allowed as this is a quiet family home.

Here you live within walking distance to the beach (1.2 km) where you will also find a popular restaurant, Broman & Son. Nearby you will also find a bakery and one of Sweden's finest beaches, Tofta beach, 5 km away. There is a shop, more restaurants and a popular bouncy castle for the children. Here you live only 17 km from one of Sweden's finest golf courses, Visby GK and 10 km from the popular Kneippbyn.

Bright, cozy and simple courtyard house of about 65 m2 in Visby's quiet neighborhood with its own patio and somewhat secluded lawn next to the patio. It is less than 4 km to Visby, 10 minutes' walk to Kneippbyn's water and summerland/sea. The house is on the "right side" of Visby and it is easy to get directly to one of Gotland's largest and most beautiful beaches, Tofta. In the living room, there is a sauna to use and there is a large parking lot for the house. ICA is 200 meters from the house.

Boendet ligger centralt men avskilt i Burgsvik, med närhet till hav, natur, restauranger och service. Huset ligger bakom Norrbys Järnaffär. Två fönster från köket vetter mot järnaffären. Huset omges av en stor och härlig trädgård. Läget gör det enkelt att ställa undan bilen. Med cykel tar du dig smidigt till havet, hamnen, caféer och restauranger. Boendet lämpar sig lika väl för sommarvistelser som för off-säsong. I Burgsviks hamn finns en havsbastu som är öppen året runt.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Brygghuset is a two floor accommodation for a relaxing getaway. You live in a rural idyll with the forest around the corner. Here grandmother dricku = Gotland mead, washed clothes and here honey was thrown, potatoes and vegetables and food were stored for winter's needs. The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.
