Our second time at Sebastian’s wonderful Airbnb. This location is perfect as it’s quiet and yet very near the busier sections of town. Sebastian is a terrific host and everything is as described. He is very friendly and makes sure all is well:-) You will not find a better property !

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und konnten alles in bis zu 10 Minuten erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Alex hat hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und die Korrespondenz war einfach und schnell. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Es war sehr sehr schön bei Miriam. Sie war ein super Host und wir kommen gerne wieder

The location was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere. It wasn’t too close to busy streets, so it was very quiet at night.

Great location - just a few tram stops from Centraal station and right in the middle of a buzzy area with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Fantastic view from the balcony over the canal and local streets. Host was friendly and very flexible - good, clear instructions via text and we were able to stay later than our check out time. The apartment was clean and very well-equipped with everything you'd need. We appreciated that there were dishwasher tablets, shower gel and other essentials provided. Beds were big and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for a family of four. The only thing to bear in mind is that the interior stairs up to the living area are steep, curved and backless - so it's not ideal for small children or anyone who isn't steady on their feet. Overall, would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Sharine and Keon’s place! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Sharine and Keon were fantastic hosts—very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Their home had a warm, personal touch that made us feel comfortable and at home right away. It was the perfect space for our family, and our little one especially enjoyed it. The apartment, the location, the design and layout. The host & hostess. It’s all flawless. If I have to comment, I always say: check the gorgeous plant has water! We are all responsible for the greenery.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Mädels-Wochenende in der Unterkunft! Das Haus war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gemütliche Wohnbereich, in dem wir abends lange zusammensitzen konnten. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber trotzdem gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Host war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We really enjoyed our stay! After a long day of traveling, we greatly appreciated the quiet and beautiful surroundings, especially the extremely comfortable beds! The only issue we encountered was that the previous guests had left the downstairs windows open, resulting in a lot of flies inside the house. Esther's team tried to remove as many flies as possible before our arrival, and they provided us with an electric fly swatter to handle the remaining ones. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Amsterdam or the Abcoude area!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Ferienhaus in Landsmeer! Alles war super – das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch nah an Amsterdam, was perfekt für Ausflüge war. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren als Mädelsgruppe im Haus von Leon. Es war wirklich super schön, alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Und hat es sehr gefallen. Das Haus war sauber und es geht wirklich schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Auto nach Amsterdam zu fahren. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und haben die Unterkunft von Ben und Inge für 3 Nächte genutzt. Zum einen die Nähe von Amsterdam ( mit Bushaltestelle in der Nähe und dem Zug ab Weesp... total easy ! ) und den echt schönen kleinen Städte Weesp, Muiden und Naarden. Inge hat uns auf Wunsch jeden Morgen ein unfassbar tolles Frühstück gebracht. Sie ist eine tolle sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen tollen Start in den Tag. Wir haben uns bei Ben und Inge total wohl gefühlt und haben Ihre Gastfreundschaft sehr geschätzt. Die kleine eigenständige Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und gemütlich (wie auf den Fotos) eingerichtet. Eigentlich ein richtiger Geheimtipp, ....psst,aber nicht weitersagen :-) Danke Euch, Inge und Ben für die tolle Zeit ! Thomas & Astrid

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Stay on the Water! Staying at this river Airbnb in Amsterdam was hands down one of the most unique and unforgettable experiences of my travels. The location is beyond dreamy — right on the water, with stunning views of the canal life drifting by. Waking up to the gentle ripple of the river and sipping coffee on the deck felt like something out of a movie. ✨ The interior was cozy, stylish, and spotless — you can tell the hosts put a lot of love into making the space warm and welcoming. Every little detail, from the plush bedding to the curated local decor, made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were absolute gems — super communicative, thoughtful, and even left us a welcome gift with local treats . They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore, and made check-in a breeze. Being gently rocked to sleep on the river, then waking up to swans gliding past the window… I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Amsterdam

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and smelled amazing from the moment we walked in. It was also very peaceful — no noise at all, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe liefen reibungslosen ab und der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Etwas abseits vom Zentrum aber sehr gute und schnelle Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (nur 10 Minuten mit der Metro vom/zum Hauptbahnhof). Die Treppenstufen zur Wohnung sind ziemlich steil, was das hoch-und runtertragen von größeren Koffern herausfordernder macht, aber auch da wurde bei Anreise freundlicherweise unterstützt. Das einzige, was ggf. zu bemängeln wären, ist das Gästebett, welches im Büroraum zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Leider so gut wie keine Polsterung, sodass man sich gefühlt hat, als ob man direkt auf den Holzbalken liegt. Für mich selber kein Problem, da ich gut auf etwas härteren Unterlagen schlafen kann, jedoch nicht für jedermann geeignet.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Das flexible, selbstständige Check-In fand ich sehr praktisch.

I wish I could give more than five stars! Miguel and Johanna were the best AirBnB hosts we’ve ever encountered. So welcoming, helpful, and kind. Provided lots of recommendations and were so accommodating. Our family of four found the apartment to be perfect for our needs, it was relaxing and peaceful after long days of walking. Miguel made us feel right at home. Thank you Miguel and Johanna for making our time in Amsterdam so wonderful!

Bill’s apartment was fantastic for our stay. The parking was great and felt secure, and the tram link into Amsterdam is just around the corner. Great value for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam and be very comfortable over a long weekend!

Monique was a great host. She welcomed us and was very flexible with check in. The apartment was very nice and exactly what we were looking for while we stayed in Amsterdam. It is located outside the city center so the area is quieter and less busy, but the city center is easily accessible via a short walk and a ferry across the river. There are many good restaurants in the area as well. We rented bikes from NDSM based on Monique's recommendation and it was easy and fun. Overall the Air BnB was clean and cozy. We would definitely book it again!

Frank is a warm host, who was very responsive and was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is as advertised- beautiful, spacious, central location with views of the Amstel River. It is a 3rd floor walk up. The stairs have to be approached slowly and carefully.

Amazing stay with Iwan. Tucked away in quaint neighborhood. Uber easily accessible to the main part of the city but lots of restaurants/ cafes/ and grocery store within walking distance. Lots of stairs going up to apartment but Iwan was so kind to help us with our bags on arrival which made check in a breeze. He was very responsive as well. Apartment has multiple hatch windows which give Beautiful panoramic views of the city. Would stay here again and recommend to all.
