Peaceful House Close to Rotterdam

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Vacation home near forest, beach and culture

The house is part of a modernized farmhouse and very suitable for families. It can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. The 2 largest rooms have their own bathroom. The 2 smaller rooms share a bathroom. There is a large living room with pellet stove and large dining table. Outside, you can sit on a sunny terrace. Forest and beach within walking and cycling distance. Close to Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague. Groups of friends only in consultation and max 8 people, age from 35.

Cosy barnhouse surrounded with nature!

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

Het Terphuis - Willow Room

The guesthouse of Het Terphuis is located in a monumental farmhouse in a rural area in Poortugaal. The farm has been restored while preserving the historic elements. The Wilgenkamer is suitable for 2 people and has a double bed, private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The living and dining room has a fireplace, refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker. Not suitable for the disabled due to the steep spiral staircase.

Welkom in ons appartement, geheel volgens de laatste interieur trends ingericht. Ons appartement ligt tegen vele toeristische bezienswaardigheden aan in Rotterdam en ondanks dat het in het hart van de stad ligt is het rustig slapen en er is veel groen te vinden. We hebben parkeermogelijkheden voor €25 per dag onbeperkt in en uitrijden en vragen €100 borg voor de parkeerkaart.

Nature reserve Midden Delfland is right next door. Two large roof terraces with beautiful views. There are four bicycles ready for use. Free parking.

A characteristic garden house with all the comforts in the north of Rotterdam. Enjoy the leafy Hillegersberg and yet close to the city center (15-20 minutes by car or public transport) public transport and shopping street within walking distance. The stairs to the bedroom are steep and are not suitable for people with difficulty walking.

Sleeping in Rotterdam, but prefer not to stay in a hotel? Our luxurious Guest House is located in the former hay mine of the oldest peat farm that Rotterdam still has. The Guest House is wonderfully spacious and equipped with its own entrance, garden and free private parking.
