Welcome to our cozy bedroom on the second floor of a Brooklyn yellow townhouse next to Industry City at 36th St Express Subway Station. One stop to Atlantic-Barclay's Center and about 35 minutes from Times Square. The space is shared with other guests. I live in the building as well. The cleaning lady is on-site every other day. Great for solo, business, medical, or educational travelers! We welcome all ages, races, genders, orientations & backgrounds to our place and hope you enjoy your stay!

Our beautiful space is clean and new. It has central heat and central air. It includes a large bathroom and an open kitchen concept. Our apartment is a three bedroom apartment in Sunset Park ( Industry City and Greenwood) it is three blocks from the train station and two stops away from Manhattan on the N and D trains. The room has lots of light, and it is cozy. The room is furnished and includes a closet, chair, a nightstand, artwork and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.

My friend and I had a few events to go to in Bk this weekend and instead of driving back and forth to Queens, we decided to get an air bnb close to all of our planned activities in Brooklyn. We must say that this listing was so convenient and we felt right at home. The amenities that are provided and the clear instructions on how to gain access was what stood out the most when choosing this air bnb. I really enjoyed my stay at Karen and Doug’s home. The house is beautifully decorated and full of artistic touches. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and it was great to have a private bathroom. The shower had exceptionally strong water pressure! The neighborhood felt very safe, even late at night. I walked back from the subway alone around 11pm and felt totally fine. The location is also convenient, with several subway lines going straight into Manhattan. The best part was talking with Karen and Doug. Both of them are kind, thoughtful, and fun to chat with. I wish I had more time to talk with them. I’d love to stay here again next time I’m in New York, and hopefully continue some of those conversations we didn’t get to finish.

This was the perfect place to stay in Brooklyn. Close to everything, including restaurants and transportation. There is a real neighborhood feel and it's so fun to walk around and visit all the shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. The space itself was immaculate and very well equipped. It was so comfortable and homey. This is the reason Air BnB was created. The host was exceptional, responsive, clear, and patient. It was at the high end of my price scale, but it was worth it. I will stay here again on my next trip to Brooklyn.
