Our beautiful space is clean and new. It is Located in Sunset Park ( Industry City and Greenwood). It includes central heat and central air, a bathroom and an open kitchen. We are 5 minutes away from the train station and two stops away from Manhattan on the N and D trains. Charming Room has lots of light, it is large, 10 X13 ft. The room is furnished and includes a closet, desk, chair, linens, down comforter, nightstand, flowers, and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.

The sleeping/living area is spacious and sleeps two to four people, with one queen bed, one futon that pulls out to a double bed, tall ceilings, desk, reading lamps, kitchen table, ample counter space for cooking, and laundry. I also have one double air mattress - available upon request. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. This space is compliant with all local regulations. I live here with my family. My place is within walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge Park, which gives you a lovely skyline view of Manhattan. Ferries are available there for visits to Williamsburg and Governor's Island. Additionally, popular eateries such as Frankies 457, Lucalli, Buttermilk Channel and Lucali are all within walking distance. You’ll love my place because of the location, modern design and convenience of being 2 blocks away from mass transit (F ,G Trains).

Sam’s place was 10/10 and exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean, peaceful, quiet, easily accessible and conveniently located to lots of public transportation within a few minutes. The neighborhood was safe and walkable. Sam was very personable and made me feel right at home. I will always book at Sam’s place whenever I visit New York.

Juliette was, by far, the best host I’ve had on Airbnb (and I have stayed in a LOT) of different places. Juliette has a beautiful and immaculately decorated Brooklyn apartment just steps away from the Carroll St. subway station. She was an engaging, friendly host with tons of recommendations and knowledge of the local area. Juliette is the kind of “spontaneous friend” you’d want to stay in touch with. As a host, Juliette went above and beyond to make sure I had everything that I needed. 15/10 I would recommend staying here again and hope to book Juliette’s place the next time I visit New York City.
