Cottage holiday rentals in Grace Bay

The service here was impeccable from beginning to end. Richard at concierge was very pleasant and helpful with providing things to do on the island. We were provided with a cell phone that included important contacts such as the taxi driver, beach shuttle, etc. Everything was seamless while here.

Super cute place. Quiet and quaint if that’s what you’re looking for on your stay. Very helpful that they provide you a phone to communicate with taxi drivers and other local numbers. It’s minutes from the beach where there’s a free shuttle to take you and they offer beach towels and cold water, and of course lounge chair and umbrella. Overall, the best part of the vacation was staying at Kokomo, but you are away from the “good parts” at the “strip” where the Ritz is. Deco recommend visiting that are while in the Turks. 😊

What an awesome location! This was our third trip to Turks and Caicos and our third airbnb. This was by far the best location and perfect unit. We are huge fans of Chalk Sound location and this was within very short walking distance of Sapodilla Beach one of the best on the island. The rental was great. Very nice patio, pool, and amenities. Walking distance to Las Brisas restaurant and a short drive to the Little Havana restaurant. The hosts were great. Quick to respond at all times. Never had any issues. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Johnna's property. The home was exactly as described and had all the amenities we needed. The location was central and was easily accessible to all sites around the island. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

So glad we changed our minds and swapped our hotel stay to Kelly’s cottage! Its location was perfect for us; in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to all our destinations. It was nice to have a full kitchen for breakfast every morning. Kelly’s guidebook was helpful in planning activities and dining. She has the closet stocked with all the beach equipment you would ever need (towels, coolers, chairs, etc.). We found bed and pillows to be comfortable. First time in Turks but it won’t be our last! If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay, this is it!

This our first time using Airbnb and we had the best stay experience of our lives. Villa Sara looks better than the pictures. It was so clean, organized and cozy. The pool is amazing as well as the sound system embedded in the house. The host (Ronald) was very flexible with the schedule and helped us accommodate ourselves on the island. He exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond to make us happy. Ronald really took customer service to another level

It is a cute little cottage. It was about 7 min to the closest shopping area. The only thing we struggled with was making sure the door was locked and secured due to the door handle they have. . Anytime an animal passed by it would turn on the outside light and the Neighbors next door upstairs can see straight through due to the clear glass on the door. They should have used a front door with more privacy and easier lock.

Caicos cottage was everything we hoped it would be - right on the water with the most beautiful views of the ocean and in a quiet little neighborhood. No need for the air conditioning because there were so many windows to let in the cool ocean breeze. We had everything we needed. Mac, the taxi driver/property manager was knowledgeable, helpful, and on top on things. We would definitely stay here again!

You could not ask for a better view. Having our own pool was a highlight. The area was very private in an upper scale area. It was just my two kids (20’s) and myself. We felt safe and very comfortable. This was a beautiful peaceful trip. Thank you to Allison and Terri. Such fast responses to our questions and the great recommendations you made. We had a fantastic time!!!

Staying at Hidden Haven felt like a hidden gem, it had everything we needed for our stay, the attention to details providing personal toiletries and, sunbathing items as well as the classic kitchen items we needed to ensure we had a lovely stay was a nice touch! The place itself was even more beautiful in person and felt very homey, the view of the lake to wake up to every morning was truly breathtaking the pool was also clean and just as enjoyable, Karen was more than accommodating and responsive with all of our needs, we look forward to returning!

A great little cabin to stay in. Very clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable, a/c kept up with the heat and humidity. The only drawbacks were that low tide made the bay unusable, and as others have mentioned, the bug bites drove us crazy (sand fleas? Noseeums?) ! We didn’t walk from the cabin, but there are lots of activities, restaurants, and beaches within a 15 min drive. Nice quiet, but convenient location.

We recommend the Coriander Cottage! Although there is no view of the water as promised, the beach is a shorter walk than expected. The cottage is very private and minutes away from Mango's Restaurant and Shark Bites. The beach is difficult to walk because of rocks and deep sand but it was so private-- we met several renters and residents. (Love the beach chairs and umbrellas that are provided.) A six- minute drive to Somewhere Cafe will bring you to beautiful sandy beaches and another nice snorkeling area.
