The accommodation is a one a/c unit with a full kitchen living room and tv. Its a peacefull place surrounded by water. There are two units for rent on this property the other "Coco Villa" both being double occupancy. We do suggest our guests have a vehicle rental to explore the island.

Pelican View #4 amazing beach views

We spent four nights here and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The place was very neat and clean, provided beach items and towels, and was very easy to find using Elizabeth’s directions. There were a variety of beach recommendations and food options. Mary’s across the street had some of the best food! We also greatly enjoyed Hemingways not too far away. Renting a car is best as the location is about a 10-15 minute drive from main tourist area in Grace Bay. We loved Chalk Sound and found it to be a more secluded and calm beach with amazing water. Sam’s Club was great for finding cheaper food items. We enjoyed our anniversary trip and would definitely stay again! Amazing view of the beach and comfortable bed!

I really can't say enough good things about this place and Adriano as a host. From the moment I booked, he was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations. But what really stood out was how he went above and beyond during my stay - when it started pouring rain one afternoon, he actually brought me an umbrella without me even asking. That's the kind of thoughtful hospitality you just don't expect. The studio suite itself was perfect for what I needed. The kitchen had everything I could want - and it was so nice having that option. The terrace quickly became my favourite spot, especially in the mornings with my coffee. The sea view isn't full-on ocean, but it's exactly what they advertise as "partial" and honestly, it was beautiful. I spent way more time out there than I expected. The bathroom was spotless and well-designed. Good water pressure, plenty of space, and everything felt fresh and clean. It's those little details that make a difference.

We loved our stay — the place felt private, safe, and peaceful. The location was perfect, and having kayaks to explore the water was a highlight, especially with so many turtles around! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was helpful and responsive. We’d absolutely come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the Queen Angel complex. The apartment was exactly as described but even better with a fully stocked kitchen (dinnerware, utensils, spices, etc.) with ability to easily cook meals when desired. There were thoughtful surprises like beach bags, snorkel gear, mini cooler, beach chairs, etc. available. The balcony patio has lovely furnishings for a comfortable experience. We did not use the pull out couch but it was comfortable and had a nice protective cover. The decor was calming and we felt at home with a beach boho vibe. We did rent a small car from Scooter Bobs (amazing service with pick up, easy rental and drop to our next location upon return) for the two day stay because the location was a bit away from the grocery, restaurants (other than mango reef nearby which is fantastic), snorkeling beaches and other activities. We would definitely stay again though even with the transportation needed to explore the island. Thank you for lending your home!

Elesia place was very clean and looked even better than the pictures!! I love how her rental is stocked with towels, beach chairs, games etc. The location is perfect as it is right in grace bay, near crackpot kitchen. I had a rental car so the private gate and parking was perfect for me. Anytime I needed anything Elesia made sure to respond promptly, which I really appreciated. The only cons I would have was the ants (which are pretty normal in Turks) you just have to make sure you don’t leave any food out. Also, it was raining so there was a few frogs outside and about two managed to get inside. Regardless I would still stay here again!!
